Great for young children

We enjoyed a family day out at Gulliver's World. However, if children are older than 10 it may not be for them. Parts of the park were old and dilapidated but we enjoyed ourselves.

I was appalled to see the state of the Christmas decoration and make shift twigs disguised as Christmas trees at the entrance to the park. The tent was an attempt to look like a marquee but was clearly old and poorly decorated with the odd bauble ! The rides look old and poorly maintained, indeed half the park was closed... More

We visited on Father's Day, made the most of the 'dads go free' offer and took our 2 year old daughter. It was a good day for her age and there was plenty for her to see and do but the park is somewhat dated so I think I may have felt differently if we'd have paid full price.

Living not to far away, so a good place for a day out. Always busy. Food pricey when you are in and just OK, so make the effort to take a picnic. My eldest is 8, so lots of rides suited for under that age. They always wanted to go on the climbing frames, which there are lots of but... More

Took our 18, 16, 13 and five year old and they all loved it. Quite a few rides too big for our youngest but there were still a lot of things she liked in the park anyway. The older kids loved the Antelope and the Pirate Ship. Food and drink can be pricey so we took a packed lunch and... More

Having been mithered within an inch of my life to take my niece out for the day I thought this would be a fab place to take her. At 6 years old she's a right little daredevil so loves all the rides. Queues were ok - the longest we waited was 30 minutes. The only problem we had was when... More

We visited the park this afternoon with a two and a half year old to enjoy the rides then enjoy the fireworks spectacular! I have to say the ten minutes of fireworks was great. However, and it's a big however, the 30 minute show we had to endure before the big event left my child, and several others around us,... More
