Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We had our daughters 5th birthday party in the jungle last night and were more than happy with everything the ladies did for us. We had arranged for a grinch mascot to pop in (nothing to do with the jungle) but they rudely didn’t turn up. We explained to the ladies that we wouldn’t be doing that now and they went above and beyond to find a Minnie Mouse mascot upstairs and dressed up for the children. The children were all so happy! Eibhlin in particular couldn’t do enough for us, she was amazing! The only area I would say could improve is the contents of the goody bags were a bit low, a mask, rubber bands and love hearts. But that didn’t affect our overall amazing experience! We also couldn’t believe how much food the children were given! Their plates were piled high! Thank you so much for giving our children the best evening!

We've been coming here regularly for a couple of years, it's my girls' favourite place to play and relax. It's smaller than most play centres but certainly not cramped or crowded by any means... The sensory room is amazing.. the chill zone with ball pool and usually a movie showing is fab.. then the main playframe is great and suitable for both children and adults with additional needs. My only point to those wanting to visit is check the timetable which is posted on their Facebook site weekly as this changes all the time to suit bookings for schools, groups etc... The menu is basic but this is understandable with a small staff team, always hot and fresh!

Loved the place so much last year, we booked again this year for my autistic son (6). The place is lovely and perfectly secure with very helpful staff.
One of the guests said it was the most chilled out childrens party he’s been to and I’d 💯 agree.
Plenty of space to explore different sensory needs, a train track, dark room trampoline, sensory room with a heated bed and ball pond, and the play structure it’s self is fab! They don’t leave out the little babies with a small play area sectioned off is perfect for keeping them in one place with plenty to do.
Food and refreshments were available and our family and friends tucked into bacon sandwiches and toasties.
They don’t have any proper catering facilities so you need to provide your own buffet for your party.
I would definitely recommend any family with a child with disabilities looking to book somewhere for a special day to book here!
See you again soon Warrington play and sensory centre :)

I brought my reception class here for a trip. We paid the fee for private hire. The children absolutely loved and the staff there were so helpful!

We've been to a few of the pre school sessions here, my little boy is 15months and loves it. He can do all the usual baby soft play and sensory but also go on the older children section as there are fewer children than at other play centres. Great price as well at £2.50

We go to a sensory group once a month and the centre is very well managed and I can't recommend this more

What is the cost involved in bringing children with special needs? And do you have a sample menu in the cafe ?
