Great place for the kids, clean, well maintained and reasonable prices, the staff are very nice and do a great job of clearing up around the place, so tables are ready for the next person.

We booked our little girls party 4 weeks before and was told we could only have a certain time slot due to having a party on one hour before and one hour after our time slot. When we arrived the main party table was taken up by another party! (A big long table that is usually reserved for a party) Which overlapped ours by an hour. This wouldn't have been a problem but due to the play centre being small all the seats were taken up by the other party and they had reserved us 3 tiny tables squashed in a corner and basically our guest had no where to sit! Why have two party's on at the same time if you don't have the space? We have been here on a number of occasions and for a party and usually the party games are okay but on this occasion the woman was quiet and disinterested. The party food was inadequate and It was also freezing cold everyone had to keep their coats on! Lastly a few of the children didn't turn up due to illness but the manager/ owner still charged us £8.50 each for the absent child. I won't be having any of my children's parties here again and will advise others not to either! Disappointed!

I am sorry you feel your party did not go as well as you expected. It is unfortunate that you did not mention your concerns on the day as we would have made every effort to rectify them. We did indeed have a party booked at the same time as yours which overlapped by one hour. This is sometimes the case as in most busy play centres. However as you stated your were informed at the time of booking. Your tables were reserved for you and were not given to another party. I appreciate you would have preferred to sit at the front . We sat your party under the main cafe heater as it was a cold day with one large table and two smaller tables in a circle with 15 chairs. We would normally have seated you and your guests at the other side of the cafe but we felt you would have been warmer and closer to the soft play area. The cafe area seats 75 adults and we have a further additional 16 chairs and 4 tables if required. For the last hour of the party the play centre was very quiet with only one or two people in that were not part of your party. It is a shame that you felt the party host on the day did not live up to your expectations had you of said this could have been rectified immediately. I am sorry that you felt the party food was inadequate this comment surprises me as all the children were offered ham and jam sandwiches, crisps, carrot and cucumber sticks, sausage roll, a biscuit, swiss roll and ice cream. This is the normal traditional party food. With regard to the price of your party the minimum number for a VIP party is 12. On the day you had 9 children I am sorry your other guests were unable to attend due to illness. Thank you for leaving a review we welcome all reviews positive or negative as we believe all feedback is important.

I was shocked by what i had seen and experienced today. After looking around for somewhere to have my daughters first birthday we found giggles after she been there with her mum and enjoyed her self we looked at what type of parties they offer.
My daughter loves messy play in play group so we decided to do that for her.
The first 30 minutes of are visit there was great kids loved playing in the play areas plenty to keep them busy.
Time came for messy play and i was well and truly shocked walked in to a little paddling pool of jel balls that my 1 year daughter kept putting in her mouth!! We had to keep a close eye one all the children as one nearly chocked on one of these balls that the staff branded "very safe" they also had 1 little lump of form to play with, i was well and truly disappointed by this as messy play is painting sand pit bubbles etc.
The staff kept trying to rush us around,
The children got one little buttie a rock solid carrot stick which was as hard as a bar of rock and jelly and ice cream all the kids was hungry after this baring in mind we was not told what was on the butties as we thought we would of had a choice of what to pick from.
After all that fuss we paid for the party and let kids play again after sitting down and realising that we had been over charged £25! The stuff started being very rude and abrupt after explaining we could have under 8 children for the messy play and no be charger any extra just the child that was there.
Stuff started being very rude towards us then.
We got got the money back they over charged us. Only then to realise we ordered 3 toasties when we came in and paid and still not received while people who ordered after us got there food before us we was very disappointed by this as well.
After this for all the mistakes they done they gave our daughter a free pass which was part off the party deal which we only found out when we got home which made me even more upset with the service they provided us! The staff was that rude i was very close to loosing my temper with them.
Am extremely disappointed with all of this and i hope they sort it all out as the play area is great for the children and this has just made the place has a bad name for its self i really hope we get an apology for what has happened. I will never let anyone i know or any know my family or friend know go to this place as the way we have been treated should be shut down.

Thank you for leaving a review I'm glad your daughter enjoyed playing. All the issues above were resolved with your daughters Mum so I'm surprised you found it necessary to publish information which is now incorrect.

Visited Giggles and thought I'd treat myself to a burger, big mistake! It was slimy and pink in the middle, tasted like a tinned burger . . . Horrid.
3 hours after eating it (half of it anyway) I've got stomach cramps and feeling sick . . Not a good sign

Thank you for leaving a review. The burgers we sell are not tinned and are supplied by Windsor Food Service and served in a warm bun. they are also temperature probed to ensure they are cooked correctly. Your comment surprises me as we are usually praised for are burgers. We would have been happy to exchange your food or give you a refund if we were told at the time.

Been going to Giggles for five years now. Both our children have always been really well accommodated there, lots of good safe areas to play and to leanr to grow and explore from toddler to child to 6 year old handful of mischief.
Elisabeth (owner) is always friendly and so are her staff, her daughter often takes one of our daughters off to play so we can eat our sandwiches / toasties / soup in peace once the kids have finished their obligatory hot dogs!

Firstly I must say that this is our first experience of having a child's birthday at a play barn, having always hosted parties ourselves at home, although our children have been guests at many such parties at various locations.
I saw a fantastic deal on Groupon and after a quick phone call our party was booked. We added the bouncy castle for an extra £20 (more of a small bouncy slide really, but a great hit with the kids) and party bags for £1 each.
On arrival we were greeted in a friendly manner and a seating area had been reserved for the adults. Juice was provided for the children. The kids had approx 30 minutes play in the play area before the bouncy castle was inflated for them, a member of staff supervised them and made sure they were playing safely. This was followed by some party games - pass the parcel, musical statues etc with small gifts for the winners (stickers, sweets etc), and then it was time for the party tea. We had chosen the "basic" food but it was more than ample with sandwiches, biscuits, crisps, sausage rolls, cakes etc, followed by jelly and ice cream. Then back to more playing for the kids before getting their party bags and heading off home. 2 hours in total.
The 2 guys who were running the party and looking after the kids were excellent and made sure the kids all enjoyed themselves. Things like getting the little boy who didn't want to join in musical statues to be his "helper" and asking and remembering names was lovely.
I would recommend this as a venue for a party for children up to age 6, older children would find it a bit small. The play area is mostly quite low level and really aimed at younger children. Perfect for the 4/5 year olds we had invited. It is looking a bit worn here and some of the equipment probably needs a bit of updating. The food and drinks were reasonably priced and the staff were efficient and friendly.
My daughter had a lovely party and with the amazing deal we got on Groupon it was fantastic value for money. Thank you Giggles.

We go to lots of play area - this is one of the best........admission price deals EVEN DURING SCHOOL HOLS, decent food at very reasonable prices. Larger than average play area, not claustrophobic like many are.
Staff were very very nice and all the facilities were really clean.
Take the lift though - the stairs are a killer!

Wow what a poor establishment. There are far better soft plays in Warrington and believe me as a parent of two young children and a childminder I've been to plenty both in Warrington and further.
Firstly the place is so cold it's uncomfortable. It doesn't smell nice at all. Especially the toilet. Wow that smelt so bad.
Secondly if your child is over 4 or 5 i wouldn't bother. Theirs 2 or 3 small slides and a small climbing wall. The rest is just a tiny frame.not even a ball pool. My 6 year old had to bend to go through some of it and he's not big. Great for babies as so much space to crawl around but again it's not clean.
Seriously not worth going and I won't return. Only went as my car was in the garage over the road.

Thank you for leaving a review I'm sorry we didn't live up to your expectations on the day. Our centre is designed for children under 9 years old. Older children, which we consider to be 5 plus love the sports area, The frame is designed for young ones and parents love it as the little ones can access it easily without the fear of older children potentially pushing past.
We check are toilets regularly and staff are always on hand to deal with any issues. Heating is difficult in the unit as it is an old building since you wrote this review are heating methods have changed,

I went there today with my 15 month old...might be the largest area but certainly nothing in there so she was bored after 5 mins! A ball pit and some large Lego bricks! Wasn't offered a free hot drink as it says on the website (which doesn't bother me but don't advertise it!). Was suppose to be messy play at 10.30 for the toddlers but they didn't bother! Probably as we were the only ones in there which says it all! Left after 40 mins as she was bored to tears! was so cold in there which I don't mind with it being winter but wrap up well if you ever go! I will never go again and would not recommend it!

Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your visit. It is a shame that you didn't address your concerns at the time as we could have explained and rectified them for you. Our baby area is equipped with stepping stones, a ball pit, large lego bricks, a pirate ship, rocker and large play balls giving lots of space to crawl and learn to walk. We run messy play sessions which start at 1030 and run till 1230. After you left several babies arrived and Messy Play was run as usual. We do offer a free drink but it is not combined with any other offer as stated on the website. If your entrance was not in conjunction with an offer I do apolygise, had you have mentioned it at the time we would have rectified and offered you a free hot drink before 11:30am. The building is almost 100 years old and we do everything possible to ensure it is as warm as it can be in conjunction with our landlord.

I was just wondering what deals and offers you currently have available and whether or not you do different party options to other centres than just a standard party.
Thanks in advance,
