A wonderful sandy beach , ideal for old n young, its like travelling back to the 60s, the victorian pier, and many cafes and chippys are affordable and close by, one or 2 almost on the beach, a real family seaside resort.

Not a typical north sea beach. To get onto St Anne's beach you need to go over the sand dunes. The sea is well out . Here the are lots of golden sands. It's a nightmare on a windy day with sand blowing into sandwiches....More

A huge clean beach. You need binoculars to see the sea when the tide is out and a donkey to reach it. The beach is lovely during the summer and good for a long bracing walk in the winter.

Busy place easy to park. Tables and seats not comfortable not a place to linger. Staff not that good. Food acceptable. Breakfast ok but overpriced for what it is. Vegetarian is poor. No disabled toilet. Struggle to get in cubicle.no room to wash hands.

Hi there, we're glad you visited the beach area however this page is for the actual beach itself. You might be referring to one of the amenities nearby but these are owned by private businesses.

Yes, this is how beaches should be. Wide, sandy with plenty of space for everyone. Even in November the whole family, 3 to 72, had a great time.
