Friends recommended we visit and we are glad we did. A beautiful Autumn day and we walked the dog following one of the 5km walks. Good bird watching and beautiful views. An easy walk.

We approached these marshes from Keyhaven. There are some lovely footpaths and it is a wonderful place to view wildlife, especially birds. It was an enjoyable experience to wander over these marshes..

Lovely walk in the sun with views over to the Isle of Wight. Plenty of birds to see. Walk from Lymington to Milford and back takes about 6 hours with a lunch stop at the Gun Inn.

This place is beautiful. The bird life is so fascinating. Saw a pair of spoonbills, lovely. A great place whatever the weather. If you are ever in Lymington then visit the marshes.
