Not sure what main courses they do but we had a coffee here and the staff were pleasant. My husband loved the tea so much he bought some. Vanilla Redbush and Rhubarb. The teapots are fun design. Quite a talking point. I'd certainly pop inside before ordering an eccles cakes. It was delicious but really small. …

Popped in today to cafe for a bite to eat and drink, tea and coffee very nice, but however ordered a cheese and tomato toastie which was very small, with hardly any cheese and no side salad, plate looked very empty, felt this was overpriced for what we got, however staff polite and friendly…

Really great trip to this fascinating museum and art space. The art exhibition was definitely the best bit and had been really well put together. The only slight issue was that we were not allowed to use our student discount even though it says we can on the website but the lady serving wouldn’t take it and we were made to feel awkward. …

Met a friend in Lymington today for a catch up, a wander around the shops & then we thought we'd grab a spot of lunch. Having been here before for coffee & cake, I suggested a visit for lunch as I prefer to use independent businesses instead of high street chains. We both opted for salmon pate & toast. We were told there could be a 15 minute wait but that was ok. Actually it wasn't even 10 minutes but really appreciated being told as it could have been an issue if it were a lunch break from work. The pate was delicious & a generous portion along with a small side salad. Great value for £5 too. As I've always found, it was fairly busy but that's because it's a lovely place to visit with friendly, welcoming staff. The museum is of local interest & the gift shop has some quirky finds.…
