We walked along the shingle bank from Milford to Keyhaven and came back along the riverbank. It was windy and grey but very exhilarating. There were many families with children and dogs, a great atmosphere. We all slept very well that night.

Lovely nature reserve great place for crabbing by the wooden bridge and lovely views across to the Isle of Wight and the needles. Great run for the dogs and the start of the walk to hurst castle. Would be a great sunset spot.
