This is a fantastic walking or cycling trail offering spectacular views through out it's length. There are plenty of seats along the trail and wheelchair access is great

It is about 4 miles from the Station Theatre to the bridge across to the mainland. It is flat, good for cycling and walking, close to the sea and it is possible to walk to the water's edge too.
