Friendly staff. Bit pricey. My kids found the fossil digs and fossil hunt the best part of the day. Was surprised the soft play was open after. Didn’t feel very Covid secure so we quickly left. Toilets were dark and need upgrading. Many of the dinosaurs didn’t move. But.... the kids did enjoy themselves…

We visited today as a family of 4. On arriving my youngest daughter was petrified but the staff were amazing and really put here at ease. She had the best time and found lots of fossils she will treasure for a lifetime. What a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

We went with our 10 month old, and he loved see the dinosaurs, especially those that moved or made noise. We were probably there about an hour and was bigger than i thought from looking at the front of the building. We got there from opening and had the place to ourselves (weekday and term time). I would say take it slowly otherwise you can get it done pretty quick, but we enjoyed it anyway. Surprisingly big gift shop at the end! …

Me and my friend came here as the waxwork museum we were looking forward to going to had closed - We came in and was greeted by a lovely young man on reception who welcomed us in and made a few little jokes about the dinosaurs which was nice - we got to meet Professor Possil Fossil - and despite us been 2 grown adults made the experience just as fun as if we’d had been kids - We scores 20/20 on the quiz and were both given our certificates in the gift shop - so I’m glad to say I’m now a trainee Palaeontologist - Would have loved to have been able to go to something like this as a kid! - All the staff made a real effort and it was interactive and fun! I’ll definitely ask if I can bring you get family members here…
