We treated ourselves to a box to celebrate a friend’s birthday. What a let down. Paid £125 each for a completely cold main course, not even luke warm. Coffee was also served before dessert, strangely, and so was also cold when we wanted to drink it.
I emailed twice to complain but was ignored on both occasions.
We are local and have been in the restaurant before but never in a box. We won’t be wasting our money again.
I have given 2 stars because had we of just paid the entrance we would of had a good day.

We visited here last year and service was lacking this year it was worse,food had to be sent back as roast beef dinner was cold,the waitress asked what time we would like it we said 3.30 the manager came to us at 3.50 and asked when we would like it,must have sat there since 3.30 as it was cold,toilets yet again had no running water to wash your hands for a restaurant and premier stand should be shut till they rectify the problem the premier bar had 40-50 people queueing for drinks,we will not be returning as it’s a shambles

I was dropping people off to go to the races , I had pulled into the car park and spoke with a security guard who was very helpful and friendly, because we were very early and it was raining he was going to arrange for the guests to be sheltered from the rain but we decided to go away and return a little later?
On my return to the car park there was a different person on the gate, I explained I had been in earlier and the security guard had told me I could drive to the front of the car park drop of the passengers and drive out. He was fine with this also very polite and helpful.
One of the passengers was my elderly father who has a disabled badge which I had shown on the gate.
I drove up the car park following the route I had been told to take.
I was greeted by a security guard who asked if I was disabled ! I said I was he replied by saying I wasn’t, I was quite shocked by his response, when I tried to explain to him that I was only dropping off so was irrelevant if I was disabled, he was not willing to listen very rude, he told me to park, which I did and I then got out of the car and told him that I was very offended by the way he had spoken to me and assumed that I wasn’t, disabled! I felt this person was very rude not a people person and 100% should not be a security guard with such a discriminatory attitude.
I did complain to his manager and I do hope he spoke to him about his unacceptable discriminatory approach.
If I had purchased a ticket I would have demanded a refund,I would not have entered the race course.
I was so disappointed, upset and angry with the way I was spoken to, I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

We booked tickets which included a 4 course meal in the Trafalgar Restaurant, we ordered a bottle of wine & a jug of water. We ordered our meal and the starters arrived after about 10 minutes but our drinks still hadn't arrived so they had to be chased up. When they did arrive they were just put on the table and we had to serve ourselves. One starter (potted prawns) was inedible, literally a bowl of lard with 6 prawns melted in then set with a bit of lemon and dill in it, the other starter (soup) had to be replaced as there was a blue foreign body floating in it. The main course which was roast lamb was delicious. We never got to the dessert & coffee stage as we sat there for ages and noone came to ask us what we wanted. The staff were running around all over the places, rather than each member of staff being responsible for a certain amount of tables. Photo of prawn starter attached. Not worth the money

Had a wonderful time in lovely sunshine watching the races. We saw seven races in the afternoon & had a flutter on each one. Between us it was a profitable time with five wins & two seconds. It was an unusual achievement. The food was reasonable but take in your own bottles of water if possible. Toilets clean. Met some characters - they were enjoyable & we had a great time. Free parking & as OAP’s entrance fee was reduced to £16 each. Good value for money. Staff very well organised & friendly. Sat near the finishing post on a permanent form. Not as comfortable as we would have liked so next time we will take cushions. Highly recommended.

Great day out. We really enjoyed it. Got the "Day at the Races" online tickets which included entry, race programme, pie and a drink which was great value. Blessed with the weather and a finish line spot. Well worth it.

Where’s the ZERO stars button, what an absolute joke of a course. This is our 40th racecourse and by far the worst, we’ve paid for premier tickets and there’s absolutely nothing PREMIER ABOUT THIS ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COURSE. In the bar we’ve been waiting 40 minutes to get served and then they have the cheek to say you have to pay for your glass. Over subscribed to Premier tickets meaning a lot of brassed off people. I thought Worcester was bad but this is a whole new level of incompetence. Never coming back Joke and disgraceful hang your heads in shame.
