Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A beautiful, old church in the centre of Grantham. It’s well worth venturing inside. We were lucky to find Trigge’s library open with a knowledgeable guide to talk about the old books it held.

Visited the grounds on Saturday 23rd October 2021 as part of a walk through the town centre to St Wulfram's Church, Sir Issac Newtons school & lodgings and Margaret Thatcher's birthplace and home over the corner shop. The town is quite tired but the area immediately around this church is lovely and historic. The bells were being tolled whilst I was there which adds to the scene.

This church’s steeple dominates Grantham, and it’s a beautiful old church. The approach is stunning, and the interior blew me away. I had the place entirely to myself when I visited, and the silence was stunning. The altarpiece is incredible, so is the font. The whole place is deeply impressive and well worth seeing. I can’t remember the last time a church made such an impression on me.

Such a beautiful church, obviously loved and used. Interesting history. Spacious, good facilities, cafe sometimes. A short walk within the town with Kings School to one side. Lovely peaceful churchyard so well kept.

St. Wulfram's Church is well worth a visit. It is a beautiful, historic and offers the visitor an opportunity to experience a little bit of peace and tranquility to counter busy and stressful lives. The Christmas Carol Service and Christingle Service for families is wonderful - especially at the end when everyone stands around the edge of the church in a circle holding their lit christingle candles and singing Silent Night. It is quite magical.

Been here a few times. Great church with some new glass stained windows. Just a stone throw from the main high street. We'll worth a visit.

Is there a carol service here that we could take our wheelchair bound mother to. We live in Birmingham but she would like to go to a carol service in her home town of Grantham.
Written 20 October 2019
Yes - There is a Carol Service on Monday 17th Dec at 6pm. Wheelchair access is easy everywhere at the church.
