Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Visited with husband and 18 month old for Halloween fun farm.
Asked when could last order breakfast- advised at 11.30, went to order at 11.20 and told couldn't order and would have to wait until 12. At 12- didnt have ingredients of either of the options we wanted off the menu. Told that they weren't doing chips then saw them brought out for others. Gots husbands meal wrong- coronation chicken rather than chilli on jacket potato. Had to send sons cheese sandwich back as there was mould on the bread and there was no apology. Food took a long time to come despite being 2nd in the queue to order at 12. Overall very disappointed. Won't be re-visiting which is a shame as very local.

only a 4* review because of 2 things, 1 the price of the cafe is slightly on the steep side and there is clearly a wasp problem and pest control is needed to get it under control!!

Ok so 7 of us came for drinks and icecream, the ice cream was fab as always with a great choice of flavours. What will stop us coming again is all the wasps, my son was stung. Its a shame because i appreciate it isnt something in Churchfields control but it has put us off returning.

We’ve been meaning to visit for weeks after hearing such great reviews. Sadly, we were a little underwhelmed. This is not a farm - it’s a play area. There are 4 types of animals to see and that’s it. It was a very warm day and there was a complete lack of shade apart from in the outside barn with the sandpit. This seems an oversight for a venue for young children. Also very surprised to see huge boulders around the playground (accident waiting to happen).
There was plenty of space to eat inside (which was lucky as we were attacked by wasps when trying to eat outside). Food and icecream were nice but very expensive. Don’t think I’ve ever spent £10 on a wrap and chips before. This must be how they make up for the relatively low entry cost.
If your child loves play areas this is probably worth the money but if you’re looking for more of a day out with experiences and learning - I’d try somewhere like Hatton instead.

Was initially sceptical of the new play area when I first heard about it due to the cost (£5 for adults, £8 for kids if booked in advance) but it’s an absolute gem. Very well thought out and there’s plenty to do for children under the age of 11 or so. Have visited twice so far and the kids have been entertained for the full day by the range of activities on offer, including a zip wire, animal feeding, go karts and bouncy pillows. Benches are well situated so adults can sit and relax whilst keeping an eye on happy kids.

What a wonderful place, adventure park, fairy trails, pumpkin fields, farm animals and a beautiful cafe with the most amazing ice cream. A paradise for families

Middle of nowhere in the Worcestershire countryside. Follow the brown signs.
Nice cafe, specializing in ice cream, with generous single portions - a tripple cone looked a bit excessive for me!. Grown ups can stop there. Tiniest will want to go in the play area. Tinies in our group loved it

What a great little find at Churchfields Farm!
Adults £6.50, Children £9.50 Under 2 £7.00 Under 1 Free, these prices lower after 3pm.
There was some great activities for our children including a sandpit, basket hall hoop, football shoot. The play areas including the swings, zip wire & inflatable bouncing area was very well maintained & clean. We enjoyed the go karts!
There was plenty of indoor & outdoor seating areas, including indoor soft play for younger children.
Further down the field we met sheep, goats & donkeys. We were able to feed the sheep & goats by purchasing feed for £1.50. There were regular hand washing stations available.
We ate at the cafe & sampled many ice cream flavours between us!
We didn’t access the maze or purchase the fresh milk as we stayed until closing & hadn’t left enough time.
Definitely will be returning in the future.

Have visited Church’s a few times over the years & generally pretty happy with the overall experience. However today’s visit left us thinking we’ll never come back. We didn’t even bother getting an icecream after the shambles of lunch.
I arrive with my 2-year old daughter, find a table & sit down. No menus to be found so I try the QR code on the table. This brings up an error page and the few staff milling around the restaurant ignore my requests for help - so we head up to the counter.
The queuing system is very chaotic and neither staff or customers seem to know what’s going on. I find a menu & am trying to read it (don’t forget that hungry 2 year old toddler I have with me) when a cashier barks at me to place my order. I order the first thing I can spot on the menu in a panic & we retreat to our table.
When it all arrived - all the drink orders were wrong, my burger was dry & over cooked. Correcting the drink orders was met with defensive excuses. Kids ice creams were served without the toppings we paid for.
In summary;
Low quality food. Poorly coordinated service. Very rude customer service. Will not be going again.

The most unfriendly family place I’ve been to in a while. I understand staff maybe tired and it can be frustrating dealing with adults who in tern have young children that are their main priority. You would of thought then that as it is marketed for families the staff would have some understanding or basic compassion. Sadly not.
Save your money, by ice cream from other places. I would avoid.
