We went here as a treat from my in-laws for my little girl. When we got there we were abit suprised at the mess in the car park we didn't appreciate seeing a dirty nappy on the floor and it didnt look very bright and welcoming. Once inside all of the rides seemed extremely faded, tierd and just uncared for. There was very little for my 22 month old daughter to do because some of the rides she really wanted to go on she couldn't although with an adult she could have easily and safely rode on. The petting zoo was a let down we expected more than just Guinea pigs which couldn't be touched and a couple of shetland ponies. As for the food in the Wild Things Cafe while I appreciate that the menu is restricted due to Covid-19 the food was lack luster and quite frankly bland. We were disappointed that the indoor play area was closed although we understand why. The staff seemed quite miserable and alnost like being at work was an inconvenience there was only one or two members of staff who were smiley and chatty and of course the people playing the characters were but that was their characters. All in all we were told that there was loads for my little girl to do but there wasn't so we most likely won't be back.

We went with our children aged 8 and 5 years old. They loved it and that’s why we have given 5 stars.
My husband and I were a bit disappointed as the price is the same as many larger and more modern theme parks where we live and this was more run down and some of the rides a bit rickerty!! Though I didn’t feel unsafe. The staff were fantastic they put their all into making sure the kids have a great time and when no queues we got a second go on the ride straight away which the kids thought was amazing.
The actors playing the Queen and Alice were brill and again gave 100% can’t fault them.
Not sure if we went on an unusually quiet day but we went on everything sometimes more than once and we were happy to leave by 2pm.
I would go again but I’d take a picnic as it’s a very limited menu!
As I said, the kids had a great time so overall this park is a winner for us despite the things we noticed as adults- for them the magic was there.

We visited the 'Christmas Show' this Sunday just gone. The show was around 30 minutes, and I feel bad as the performers had a lot of energy etc, however the price was extremely high for the show and the Christmas gift for the kids. We thought we would get to meet Santa, however not, he was just involved in the show.
For £20 a child, and when you take three children it adds up, to be presented with a Christmas Bauble with the Adventure Wonderland logo and picture in it, marketing itself was awful. My three year old didn't understand why he was not given something he could play with, I mean hardly age appropriate! Playdough would have sufficed and is hardly expensive.
Completely underwhelmed and disappointed, really think they ripped us off as spent a large amount of money for what it was.
The park in itself was not open, so no option to go on the rides, and only able to visit the Soft play which was so busy, no social distancing and no tables to sit at.
Won't be returning and feel bad for families whereby they spend a large amount of money for hardly anything in return.

Don't get me wrong, the show (for only 5 people in it) was great, really cheerful. Seats, were nicely spaced out.
The let down was the Santa gift a Christmas tree bauble with a picture of Santa in wonderland in it.
Adult prices at £6.00 was good, but the childrens price of £19.99 for what they got was dreadful.
No refunds for Guests who were unable to attend.
Went to play area after the show and it was really busy, not enough staff to clean tables or keep an eye on the play area.

We took our grandchildren for a Christmas treat and compared to most parks around was reasonable in comparative terms. We had an early slot for the show and was glad we had chosen this. Unfortunately it was raining on our visit and had to stand outside waiting for the show room to open. Seats in the show room were well spaced out and all had good views. The show was bright bubbly and our under 5 year olds really enjoyed it. Maybe to of left Boris out of it would of made it better and kept it to a show for the children. The children had been given tokens to hand into the elves at the end. On handing the token in they got a gift and a chance to stand distanced for a Christmas photo with Santa. We accepted this as we are in covid times with social distancing etc. We kept the gift until we got home and they enjoyed placing it on their trees. Not really the best gift but went in line with the show story so had some meaning. Just not sure a 4 year old quite understood. Ours never complained and were quite happy but guess it would of been quite nice for them to of received a small toy considering the £20 we paid per child. As we had gone early we managed to get seats in the indoor play area but there definitely wasn't enough seating as the morning went on. Ours enjoyed the craft room too which was open - maybe a bit more structure here would of helped but ours were happy to create some sparkly pictures. Overall we quite enjoyed our visit, a little overpriced but the children certainly had fun and that was what mattered for us. As was about making memories and enjoying family time. Wish we could give it 5 stars for the hard work the show staff put into it but feel it could be improved in parts hence the 3 stars.

Visited with my daughter who is nearly 2 she had a great time perfect for her age she could go on all the rides and activities. They were very good cleaning each ride down in between rides to keep everyone as safe as possible. overall excellent value for money and a great afternoon out.

Had a surprise visit from grandkids (3&2) and wanted to see Father Christmas and everywhere was booked so went to their Santa show. Priced really expensive as park wasn’t open only the soft play area but it’s Christmas so no worries. The short show was really entertaining for the kids but that was where it turned into a con. On leaving the show the kids don’t get to meet Santa as he’s stood behind a high desktop waving and they’re handed the saddest tacky Christmas decoration as their present from Santa. I mean really a 2yr old and a 3yr old…….why would you give them such a poo present ????? May as well just given them a bit of coal.
Come on Santa at just under £20 a head I’m sure you can stop being so cheap and give children something at least a little fun and toy like not just the old tat left over from your gift shop last year !!!!

Great trip for my family and great value for money.
My kids love visiting this place and we've done so every year for the last 5 years.
Yes, Paulton's Park has better rides, but
- Paulton's charges £222 for a family of four
- Paulton's has 30-45 minute waits for some rides

Took a day trip here with some friends and couldn't fault a thing. Having a place that has fun rides that caters to younger children was refreshing. There was nothing my two boys were unable to do and they had the most amazing time. one is 7 years old and the other is 10. Queue times were amazing considering it was bank holiday weekend and was nice to have hand sanitiser stations at each ride. There was some pony rides you could take for a small amount of money and my youngest son was nervous, the lady in the sand school was incredibly patient with him and after some talking he was happy to get on and was so pleased with himself after.

We had a great afternoon with our four year old. Yes the park is a little dated but but there’s a lot to keep you entertained. My daughter loved all the rides, shows and the pony rides (extra cost). I was a little disappointed that the rides and shop closed half an hour earlier though seeing as it takes half an hour to get into the park when queueing for your time slot. So really you only get 2.5 hours of fun.

Can we take a pack up or can you buy food there?

There’s an outdoor picnic area. Do you can take your own lunch or if you feel to spend money there’s a restaurant inside.

Why is this not an entirely smoking free attraction? People smoke with impunity around the site
Written 9 June 2018
No smoking signs are now in place along with designated smoking area signs just to the right of the wild thing cafe.
The management now proactive with asking people they find smoking around the park to either extinguish their cigarettes or move to the designated area. This also includes vaping and electronic cigarettes.
Unfortunately you get disrespectful smokers who think they have the right to smoke anywhere they like even around our people's children.

This is a question to the management. having read the horrendous review's recently, what are you doing about it? I've been bought a pass for the spring summer & I'm slightly anxious about it! Should I be?
Written 27 March 2018
Try and get a refund! Going once is bad enough and I only paid £10 for my family of 4 as it was a Facebook offer! I’ve just posted a review from my visit today on the main page that should appear shortly.

Is there much to do for a 14month old (not quite independently walking but taking a few steps when he wants to)
Written 5 April 2017
Yes lots of animals to see and hold, you can also take him/her on lots of rides if your holding them, a great soft play area and a few nice outside play parks.
Written 13 April 2017
Once you have paid admission do you have to pay for any of the rides?
Written 28 August 2016
Apologies for the delay in answering your question.
As I recall we didn't pay for any rides after paying admission.
Would advise taking own drinks as prices we thought were very high for bottled water.
