    Brilliant Caravan/Campsite
This is a great caravan/campsite and holiday home. It is approx. 10 minutes from Newton Abbot and is perfectly central to lots of places to visit. We stay here every June and couldn't fault anything about the site. The staff and owners are friendly, polite and helpful, the shop is well stocked and the toilets/shower block are cleaned daily. There is an area for your rubbish and recycling. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

    Great site, best Loos ever.
Booked over phone and stayed 2 nights July 23. Stayed on hard standing with ehu with our Motorhome. Lovely welcome upon arrival Grounds are immaculate with lots of trees bushes hens lots of farm vehicles working in the area so lots to watch! Fab little shop in reception. Bathrooms are superb well deserved loo of the year winner for several awards! Radio plays in toilets and laundry. Great site for dogs with a good dog walking field. Took a nice walk to Stover country park nearby. Would definitely recommend site and will return

A week at Twelve Oaks Farm, Teigngrace, Newton Abbot
We really enjoyed our stay in Oak Apple Cottage. The Cottage itself was fresh and clean and well-equipped and has a lovely open-plan layout. We made good use of the BBQ provided, and would highly recommend Twelve Oaks own beef burgers you can get from the shop. Also, don't pass up the opportunity for a dip in the warm pool. Trips out should include a visit to Teignmouth, which is a lovely small town with an interesting harbour and an extensive beach; also to Torquay the English Riviera - if only to admire the yachts moored in the marina! Strong recommend too for a visit to the House of Marbles in Bovey Tracey, and if the weather permits, watch the moon rise over Dartmoor.

Fantastic little caravan site, will definitely be returning!!
Fantastic Caravan site beautifully landscaped, grounds and planting are well maintained. Good level pitches. Owners are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Toilet/shower block is immaculate. Even managed a handful of swims in their lovely pool, it was very clean and the water was the perfect temperature - amazing!!! Very handy cycle path/footpath our little dogs loved it. We will definitely return next year.

    Lovely Tranquil Site
We booked this gorgeous site for a couple of nights away in our campervan. There isn't a great deal of choices of open parks off season and we do like to explore new areas and came across this site. It is easy to find and good access. Our pitch number was allocated on booking so we could head straight to the pitch as the reception was closed on arrival. The site is naturally divided into sections catering for all type of set up and the pitches all looked pretty level and spaced out. We had left our 25m hook up lead at home which was needed but we managed to throw our shorter lead over the hedge to the empty camping field next to us so I would suggest taking appropriate hook up or asking when booking. The facilities are very nice and well kept and were just what we needed for our break away. A nicely well stocked shop and friendly staff. There isn't a lot to do in the area without a car but we did manage to find a couple of walks. Will definitely look at a return in the summer months.

    Perfect getaway, home from home.
We made a late booking for one of the two bedroom dog friendly holiday lodges. The accommodation was perfect. Well appointed , warm, clean and comfortable. It was low season so the park was not busy. Despite the changeable weather we were able to use the lodge as a base to explore Dartmoor. Perfectly situated just outside of town with easy access to all the essentials you may need. A thoughtful “get you in pack” was provided which included dog treats for the Woof. Thank you to Clare and Andrew for providing such a comfortable home from home.

I stayed here last night with my 9 year old daughter in our camper van. It was a lovely campsite and we are just about to book again to come in May. The site was really well kept and the owners super friendly. Instructions to the pitch were perfect and it was all very easy.

My daughter says "I loved the cats, they were very friendly and fun to watch. I also liked riding my bike up the road and back!"

Disappointed with site. Some good points. Nice toilet block. But.Muddy pitches, lack of taps & drainage points. Poor shop.
Only booked for advertised on site fishing. The pond is not on site at all. Infact a mile away & very awkward access.

We have stayed at the site 4 times now, but our last visit (peak season) was awful. We will never go back again.
There are not enough showers and toilets for peak season. Often there was no hot water and no toilet roll.
There were cats (feral I think) in the shower block, washing up room and shop!
A herd of cows stampeded through the park at about 7am one morning. Amazingly, nobody was hurt but they left behind a load of cow pats,
We found dog mess on the pitch next to ours, so my husband went to reception to report it. The owner (Andrew) said it was probably his own dog because it had been wandering around the park.
When the majority of pitches are occupied, there is no room to park the vehicles.
