Welcome to Tank Drive Challenge, the ultimate tank driving experience in Scotland. Our ex-MOD APC tanks were stalwarts of the British Army before finding their way to a new home in a Scottish abandoned quarry! Conveniently located between Doune and Calendar in central Scotland we are only 60 minutes drive from Edinburgh and Glasgow. Experience the thrill of tank driving in Scotland plus more!

Same story here folks. Couldn't book using the voucher purchased for christmas gift 2022. Avoid at all costs. I am £160 down. No reply. Email address auto returned. If by any chance i do get a reply then i will retract this underwhelming review, however, i do not hold out much hope of that happening. So far - disappointing, disgusting business practice. I hope they enjoy the £160 more than i have and it means more to them having it than it does me losing it. Thanks for nothing so far..........

As part of our trip travelling around Scotland we booked a drive in the APC for 4 people several months before we travelled. We arrived at the site at the agreed time to find no one there. After ringing various telephone nos. We were phoned back to be told they were no operating at the site! They said they may be able to rearrange something but despite sending out details have heard nothing further. Very poor service and non-existent communications. Best go elsewhere!

This looks like a great day out, so got a voucher for the full car crush experience, that was 2 years ago. They have not honoured the voucher or given a refund despite repeated interactions. I've now gone via small claims court to reclaim my money.

Tried several times via phone and email to buy a specific gift voucher - without success. Staff don’t get back to you. I’ll take my custom elsewhere

Unfortunately, I have been forced to take this company to court for the recovery of money that I paid to them, the court have found in my favour and after repeated attempts to recover my money, I have now engaged the services of a Sheriffs Officer.
I can only advise that anyone considering using these people think very carefully before parting with your money.

Spent a couple of hours with these guys for a tank drive challenge for 2. It was for my brothers 70th birthday, and my husband joined in too. Carol was both welcoming and professional. She explained the health and safety regulations and also the extra precautions due to covid. Her son Mark then ran through the controls and gave detailed instructions on the ARV.My sister in law and I were taken to the spectators area where we could watch them having the driving experience. They both had the time of their lives and haven't stopped talking about it. I definitely would recommend this company, and not any other of a similar name whom I have had personal appalling experience with. I contacted Carol through their Facebook page which was a very easy way to book. If you want an experience that will live with you for ever this is it!

My son is tank daft and he absolutely loved this, the lady who suited and booted was friendly and her son who assists on the tank was knowledgeable, experience wasn't rushed and the track was decent, safe to say we will be back again.

Been trying to get an issue resolved for 6 weeks with a voucher I bought for my dad. He had been trying to use for some time before this and had similar experiences with the level of customer service. Appreciate both people involved seem to have full time jobs but responding to messages should not be that difficult. Really disappointing a present has turned into a heap of hassle and feeling we are being totally ignored.

Daughters got me a voucher for a tank driving experience, so, used it for my birthday, fathers day, and retirement day, all on the 19th June. Took my two grandsons along as passengers, they had a ball...like me, loved every second of it....The staff are so attentive, and totally experienced, Scott was my "Commander"....and did a great job of keeping me on the right track......even when I did my lorry driver thing of looking right/left at junctions...The grandsons loved the Camo kit and helmets, so much so, that I had to go buy them the same kit later...
Definately worth going, and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. We will all be back, the boys are looking forward to growing another foot or so, to drive the tank themselves...:)

Fantastic visit today, great to see the Tank Challenge back in action. Voucher honoured and couldn’t be more helpful. Super compliant and safety conscious but also set up for a fun days drive of heavy machinery. Instructor Mark was excellent and made everyone fell safe and relaxed. Sandy the tank / APV performed well in the rough terrain. Definitely want to book Master and Commander and some Car Crush over the summer. Make a day of it and visit the excellent whiskey store in Callander, Deanston Distillery and round off with great food in the Crown.

Hi I booked with you last year, but haven’t been able to use it so far, I have emailed, phoned and messaged several times, still waiting on a reply, can someone please contact me with a matter of urgency as our voucher runs out at the end of this month and very annoyed that no one has responded
