This was a great way to see as much of the New Forest as possible in a short space of time. The staff at Cyclexperience were really helpful and got us set up quickly to make the most of the day. Bikes were of good quality and came with lock, helmets and repair kit. We were given a map but also able to download an app so we were confident of not getting lost. Highly recommended!

Great day out on the bikes exploring the forest. The hire team were brilliant, friendly and knowledgeable, managed to fix some issues we had with route map app, even refunded the dog trailer fee when it became clear that pooch was NOT up for going out cycling with us! Great choice of bikes, routes and advice, we will be returning on our next visit.

The cycle experience team were great. Very friendly and didn’t have to wait long on a busy Sunday. Jon recommended us the best routes to take and we found a nice little pub to stop for a drink.

Despite the weather being less than ideal, the staff, particularly Ollie were great. When we got stranded due to flooding they were understanding when the bikes were back a little late, and even made sure we had plenty of lights for the next day, just in case. Even with plenty of rain we still had a great time. Thanks!

Great hire place for bikes, really good quality bikes that felt safe and were good spec! Friendly staff who genuinely want you to have the best time in the new forest and full of tips. Their ride along app was also brilliant!

Easy online booking system. Bikes were ready and staff gave us a really warm and friendly welcome. Made sure we were comfortable with the bikes and helped us with finding a suitable route. Bikes looked a little 'used' but were perfectly fine. A really great location as you can park the car and get virtually straight onto a track.

Cycling solo through the New Forest was beautiful and serene. I only saw a few people out and about but as a female traveler I felt safe. It app was much more helpful than the map and I was glad I had it. All of the employees were helpful, kind and got me out on my ride quickly. I did the ornamental road with a quick side trip to see the night wood oak. In all I did 20 miles. I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes to get out, cycle and be in the peaceful countryside.

We hired E-bikes, a first for us! And we are converts! The staff were well organised and explained everything very clearly. There were plenty of bikes in all sizes and in good shape. We did the Beaulieu route, about 22 miles, taking in forest gravel tracks, some roads, heathland, the river and Beaulieu and Bucklers Hard. It was easy to follow the way-markers and route map. It was a great day and I would definintely recommend Cyclexperience.

Unfortunately, due to engineering works on the train line, we arrived too late to hire bikes and still make our train home. BUT we were given such helpful & friendly advice (& they even minded a backpack & suitcase while we went for a walk instead) that we will definitely return to hire from here in the future, when we can make a proper day if it. They had an amazing range of bikes, loads of great guidance on different trails to take & lots of tasty refreshments to buy too. But most importantly, they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly.

Such a great company. Couldn’t be more helpful (especially Joshua who helped save the day after I’d messed up the booking for 8 of us!). Friendly, helpful, great bikes, loads of information. I’d recommend a day cycling in the Nee Forest as a great family day out.
