What the centre lacks in variety and number of shops it makes up in cleanliness, reasonable prices and most importantly for us allows dogs. On a wet and rainy day it offered a perfect venue in which to spend a couple of hours and do some shopping. Would certainly recommend a visit for an hour or two.

Myself and my manager visited Pavers with a resident from a local residential home, on arrival at the shop we were greeted by staff, my manager briefly explained our situation and a sales representative called Emma came to help us with choosing some shoes, our resident was extremely anxious and some challenging behaviour was shown but Emma was totally amazing, I can honestly say that she went above and beyond what I expected . Our shoe shopping experience was great and all the staff so accommodating and very kind . The result was one happy resident with lovely new shoes , he was so pleased with them, we went for coffee and cake to round off a successful afternoon.

Thank goodness this facility was in the area for our short holiday. The weather was atrocious, it didn’t stop raining for 2 days. The outlet centre is mostly under cover and easy to get around with the usual franchises competing for custom. We expected. It to be crowded but it was very comfortable to walk around

OK, I suppose, but not overly impressed. Mall was clean, bright & with good seating, but shops generally disappointed. Also, despite visiting mid-November, when other shopping centres are already fully decorated for Christmas, there was no attempt by the centre owners/managers to make it feel festive, & only one shop had made the effort. Unlikely to visit again.
