Took our army mad little boy and both he and my hubby thoroughly enjoyed it!! Excellent service at the cafe too lovely food and staff so helpful. Highly recommended and clear the owner knows his history!!

Museums are museums, Cobbaton is something else, it’s much more real and alive and found in a oasis of nature. A marvelous collection of historical artifacts from various Wars, from modern day to colonial days, Tanks, Arms, equipment, and much more! Wonderful place to visit...More

Really enjoyed our time here, the helpful staff and tea in enamel cups from the NAAFI van just added to the experience. So much to see here and so atmospheric.

There is a huge amount of militaria. Including tanks, armoured cars, uniforms and weapons/kit from various eras. WW1 WW2 Falklands and Desert Storm.

a visit which my kids were asking questions all the time they really enjoyed and went around a second time recommend as visit covers most of the wars machinery and guns well worth going to
