Brilliant day out with the kids. They loved the aqua park, had a go a wakeboarding and on the ringo. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, luckily the sun shone and there was lots of seating areas to watch the kids in the water. Good cafe and pizza area. Changing rooms and toilets were all clean. Hopefully we’ll be coming back another time

This place is simply a delight. I took my twin teenage boys here to try Wakeboarding because sadly the surf was unusually low in Westward Ho! It turns out that was a lucky break! Wakeboarding is great fun, but more importantly, this is the place to learn to do it. Like many sports like this, it’s as much about the people teaching you, and there is no better place than this fabulous family run business. The guys here encourage you to have a go, give you great, but relaxed tuition and then give you great hints and tips about how to improve. My 14 year old boys love skiing, and were getting pretty decent at surfing, but had never tried anything like this before. Despite that, with coaching and guidance they were up and running after an hour, confidently turning the corners after two hours and after three hours were giving the small jumps a try! It was also so nice to see such lovely people there. The people who could wakeboard well were super encouraging to the beginners and not at all snobby about things. You don’t feel out of place or nervous here at all. Everything about this place is perfect. Heated changing rooms, decent equipment, lovely friendly people. If you love sports and a bit of adrenaline in a safe environment, then you simply must check these guys out. I’d recommend booking a session on the “slow” but full length cable, which is good enough to learn on and doesn’t feel slow at all! If you feel brave for your second session, book two hours with an hour on slow and then the second hour speeded up, but really, the slower session is more than enough until you get really good! Thanks so much to this awesome team of people at this lovely, lovely place.

I found this place whilst randomly googling things to do in Devon and even though we weren't staying anywhere near Bideford, we decided based on the reviews and a quick look on YouTube that it was an absolute must for my StepKids, aged 10 (boy) and 12 (girl - almost 13, going on 18!). We wanted to find something they'd both enjoy and would do together, which is something of a rarity these days as you can imagine. We booked for them to go on the water park. As soon as we told them we were going and showed them the photos, they were both absolutely over the moon and kept saying how excited they were to go. Upon arrival, noted that there is plenty of parking so no issues there. Went into reception and check-in was very simple and we were given a wrist band for each of the kids and a token for the wetsuit hire. The guys at the wetsuit place were amazing - just by sight they were table to size them up. Changing rooms were available. My only criticism which isn't actually of the place as such, and my stepdaughter was also guilty of, was that there is only 2 toilets and people were using these to get changed and so there was always a wait for one. The waterpark itself was fab. I was really pleased we didn't have to go in with them!! Felt very safe for them and they had an absolutely fantastic time. Would absolutely recommend!

A cool vibe, good value and very friendly... what’s not to like? We had a great wakeboard session on the bottom lake for my 17-year old and his friend, with thanks to Stan for excellent instruction and Ben for very helpful advice on progressing further I rather think this facility might be hiding it’s light under a bushel (other South West tourism and activity providers may well find a visit worthwhile to benchmark this centre against what they are doing themselves) Well done to all involved at North Devon Wake Park
