Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Terrible service during our visit today. The tables were unclean and untidy and when I politely asked a member of staff (young girl) to clean it up, she sighed and displayed a very rude attitude.
Then following the kids’ trampolining session we visited Lickety Splits for ice cream and we were again met with dreadful service and rude staff. After waiting half an hour for 3 ice creams to be brought to our table, I approached the counter to enquire about them. I was rudely shouted at by an employee (older lady) saying that she was busy because “the sixteen year old is on her break”. The owner of the establishment then began to make excuses for the lady, saying that she was under a lot of pressure because it was busy and staff were taking their breaks. When the ice creams were served to us, the order was wrong and when I returned them, the lady spoke rudely again. Another customer also acknowledged the rudeness of the staff after hearing how I had been spoken to. Not once did any employee or manager apologise for the slow service or rudeness of staff.
Dreadful customer service and an overpriced place. We will not return.

Came to infinite air with my 4 and 9 year old as a fun family day out and all i can say is wow! An amazingly friendly and welcoming staff. Spacious enough for the kids to have fun. The food was overall good, had a variety of kids meals which is great for little picky eaters and delicious ice cream.

Booked for the toddler two hour session midweek. I think it’s reasonably priced as little ones get full use of trampolines, Peppa pig inflatable and soft play area. Toddler enjoyed it and plenty of seating.
However I was left feeling deflated by the cleanliness of the venue. We arrived pretty much for opening so it wasn’t busy, yet we struggled to find a table that was clean and didn’t have crumbs/sticky mess on it. The Peppa pig inflatables seemed quite dirty with food debris in all the grooves and corners. Flies milling around where food was served which was off putting.
On leaving visited the loo and each toilet was dirty. It was unfortunately the same on a previous visit. I can forgive a bit muck if it’s the middle of the weekend, but not on opening midweek. Staff were friendly though.

Our 2 grandchildren aged 11 and 7 loved it here. We paid for a second hour and I think that was enough. Throughout, from the booking in, during the activities and a delicious ice cream in the Lickety Split ice cream parlour afterwards, the staff were so attentive and friendly. They encouraged all the children on the high leap, as well as assisting them to climb up (though an extra step to reach the top would have been better for the smaller daredevils). My grandson came back to us in the cafe upset as he had mildly hurt himself and a staff member with a first aid immediately followed to ensure he was ok. The free car park outside was appreciated.

Kids had fun but it's expensive for 1hr. It was empty and as soon as the hr was up the kids get asked to vacate the area. We paid for an additional hr so cost us 50 quid for 2HRS. There was four kids on at 3 to 4pm and not many more before that! why not allow a little extra time? Pretty tight really given the price. I understand when it's busy but not when empty. If price was lower it would probably be busier in school holidays.

My 8 year old son attended a party here yesterday and despite attending the video demonstration and receiving pre party information none of it unfortunately advised to wear old clothes to this venue! My son was invited to the party alongside his football team so naturally wanted to wear a football strip, anyone with boys knows you pay £100 if you’re lucky for a strip and I had no idea the damage that the equipment here could cause !!! I emailed the customer service team and basically this is the response I got:

Good morning Lauren,

Unfortunately we don't hold responsibility for any personal belongings brought into the premises when attending a session.

If it was a party your son attended then we would expect there to have been an adult in attendance as well as our coach and ultimately your son would have been responsible for his own clothes, the damage you describe would have been down to his own actions not that of the staff or the venue.
Regards
Kym Thorby

Office Manager

Firstly it wasn’t personal belongings he brought to the premises they were the clothes on his back !! Secondly the insinuation that someone was not supervising him is ridiculous I was an adult in attendance along with about 13 others and watched him the full time the venue is huge and if I could see that it was damaging his clothes so terribly from the spectator section I would have took him Straight home as you can see from the email they are basically blaming my 8 year old son for his actions on a trampoline park - ridiculous !! I am furious and will never return here !! The lack of interest when I have raised this shows the poor service as well as equipment please do not dress your children well to attend here !!!!

Great activities for the kids, but this place is absolutely filthy couldn't even bring ourselves to order food to sit at dirty tables. We went recently & it's as if covid 19 doesn't exist not one table was sprayed & cleaned after people left. You have to put shoes on to walk from one are to next as the floor is filthy. You would think they would get their act together & regularly spray & clean the children's play areas especially the toddler area. Will not be returning.

Brought my granddaughter here for first time. From entrance staff really friendly and welcoming but when got in, stood ages waiting to be seated and felt ignored by cafe staff who went on serving and cleaning down tables without attending to us. My granddaughter was getting inpatient to get on the play area and eventually we thought we had to just find a table which we did by ourselves. We waited about 15 minutes for service before going to counter to request one. Eventually someone came to take our order just as we were receiving the drinks which we had to order from the counter. Later on we waited 30 minutes to get another order for ice cream. When eventually requested someone she said she would come over but proceeded to go round other tables taking orders and never actually came to us! Eventually we requested the order through another member of staff who served us when we told her how long we had been waiting. My granddaughter had a lovely time but perhaps staff need to be more attentive to their customers.

Feel like we have been royaly screwed over coming here today. We usually do the tots Sunday morning session which includes soft play and full use of the park which was really reasonable. We have come today and have to pay more than double the price as we used to and my daughter is not allowed to use the soft play. We arrived bang on time and missed 20 mins of the session as we had to wait for another briefing. Really disappointing!

Hi Tweetygnome85, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about you experience on Sunday. Unfortunately with the current restrictions in place, we have had to make some changes to our sessions. As a result, the tots sessions on the weekend with full access to the park are no longer running. For COVID safety and capacity reasons at the weekends we have now had to split up the soft play area and the use of the park, which unfortunately means that you cannot get access to both in the same session. We have replaced this with a soft play only session and the family jump session. As you chose the family jump session, you required a safety briefing, which starts 5 minute before the session, which with you arriving at the start of the session unfortunately meant you will have had to do another briefing, but we do apologise for the delay in you being able to do this and getting you onto the park. We do still have full access sessions available Monday - Friday, at the normal pricing, if you would like to visit these. We are really sorry for any inconvenience caused, and we hope to see you again soon! Thanks!

Went for a party with our toddler. The toddlers area is brilliant and kept him busy for two hours and the nearby space for the party was useful. There was plenty there to intrigue and encourage us to go back. Our son had a brilliant time and we will certainly take him back.
