Took my granddaughter to the first session of the day, she had a great time. She loves the long lane trampolines and fortunately was able to spend most of the time on them, that wouldn’t be the case on the later session. Quite a few supervisors on duty.

Visited Velocity today for a SEND session with my 5yo son, who had a fantastic time thanks to two staff members Ben and Curtis. My son was finding it hard to find anyone to play with, so easily zoned in on Ben and later, Curtis too. Ben helped make my sons time there a very happy time, by going on the trampolines with him and the inflatables at times, but also not forgetting his duties there, as did Curtis. All the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming and the site was lovely and clean. My son and myself hope to attend at a future date

My son wanted to go here for his 10th birthday - it was his first ever birthday party, so I wanted it to be really special. Our party hosts, Nathan and Sophie, greeted us initially and that whole process waa smooth and professional. Everything was great, until the party room. We obviously knew before we booked that we'd only get 30 minutes, but it really is far too rushed in the party room. It's not enough time for the kids to eat the food - they're halfway through it and are being forced to leave it to then do the birthday cake, then they have no time to finish it off. For the amount of money they're charging for the party, food and service, I strongly suggest they reconsider the 30 minutes party room rule. I have seen others note this on reviews and it was the part of the day I was most wary about. My son will only turn 10 once - we chose YOU out of dozens of other places to have our party and it just left a really sour lasting impression after they'd enjoyed the bounce and play time so much. Even just an extra 15 minutes would've been adequate. I do feel a bit short changed after the amount of money we spent that the part where he sits down with his friends and really celebrates his birthday was just rush, rush, rush, get out so we can set up for the party. Not great and I think in the future, we will pick somewhere else to celebrate. Such a shame, as the bounce and play was decent, that's the only reason I've given an average score.
