Fab evening on the Kittywake chippy tea cruise. Weather was dreadful, typical British summer, but the food was great, they even catered for me as a vegetarian. Nice to see the disabled lift as well and the crew being so helpful in getting an elderly lady on board. Chips, booze and a trip through the locks as well, can't beat it!

Crew were lovely & very friendly. Sandwiches & cakes were fresh. Boat was very clean & tidy. Only downside was having to pay for tea (I expected a pot of tea to be included as it was afternoon tea.) We had to pay extra for that - it was disappointing after we had already paid £25 each.

I booked via the website for the canal cruise to the duck festival for 20 September. My children were very excited so you can imagine the disappointment to arrive to find there was no barge or festival. Upon speaking to the office on the Monday it transpires there was an issue with the website and I should not have been able to book tickets. A refund was processed and 4 ducks dropped off at my house for the children ; amazing gesture. Cannot wait to actually experience a cruise with kittywake once they are back up and running
