Great beers and we arrived as the entertainment was starting absolutely brilliant !! Only downside was there was too few seats, but we all managed to enjoy ourselves. Of course just around the corner for our train home!!

Wigan central bar is decorated with a railway station theme and has live train times for wigan wallgate and northwest train stations. They have a great selection of craft beers, keg beers, bottle beers, ciders, spirits and good wines. Tasty nibbles like pork pies, scotch...More

Always a good pick of proper craft beer. Literally 2 mins from both railway stations. I'll be back soon.

Great bar, great staff who can recommend an excellent selection of real ales, beers etc. Complimented with music on Sunday afternoons, and if you are waiting for a train then the departures and arrivals have live postings in the bar.

I am not really a fan of real ale but had 30 minutes to spare before train so called. I do like the interior made out like a station and carriage. Good choice of beers and nice atmosphere. Like they advise the train details.

The best pub in Wigan...indeed recently voted one of the 4 best in the UK by CAMRA, and deservedly so. Wonderful choices of perfectly kept and served beers and ciders, attended by excellent staff in a lovely environment.
