Visited the Apollo Cinema on a mid week afternoon to see (Lincoln) a film My Wife wanted to see. so we took the opportunity while we were on a 5 day winter holiday break in Paignton. Did not have to Que walked strait to the desk and found the staff very informative and polite

Booked online which was fast and very easy. Once there service was good, food slightly pricey and when seated could do with more leg room. Other than that an enjoyable time

I always go with my friends when there is a film we all want to see. It is really expensive for people but we always love to go. It is always clean area however sometimes staff never really do anything with annoying people watching films which can get me annoyed. So overall recommend if you want to watch a film

What can you say about a cinema? Yes it can get busy and yes it is overpriced on the goodies, so isn't every picturehouse the same???

I use the Apollo quite often but it is looking unkept now. During the film there were a few ceiling lights not working and 8 were flashing which is annoying during a film, they looked like they were on there last legs. The toilets have looked bad for a while now and they still havnt improved. About 7 or 8... More

As I say, it's a cinema. Has a few screens, tends to be cramed in the summer if the weather is not good. Best to book via the internet then as they don't seem to put any extra staff on and the Q can be long. Snacks are expensive - but they are in all cinemas. They charge extra for... More

great place to watch the new release films on the big screen and if you prefer you can watch some in 3D, my only jibe about this place was the very high price of the food. hence 3 spots (average)
