I have been attending Julia's classes for over 2 years now and can honestly say they are fantastic, it's a great experience and definitely never routine and more recently have been tailored to suit our current situation with an emphasis on boosting our immune system, we have been able to access classes via zoom which has worked out perfectly and I have been able to attend even more classes each week with great benefits felt all round. I have been attending Julia's classes for a few years now and was a little unsure how the online classes would compare. However, once I got my sound sorted out, I found that the Zoom classes are just as enjoyable and rewarding! I would even like to continue a weekly Zoom class after lock-down is lifted as it is so convenient. I thoroughly recommend Julia as a Yoga teacher. She is always warm and welcoming and very professional. I really value the information she gives as to the purpose of each exercise, which gives real meaning to our efforts. I love Julia’s online classes. I’ve attended them throughout Lockdown and they have been a real lifeline in these strange times. I’ve not yet had an opportunity to attend any other than online classes but I definitely will when we are able to so so. I like the fact that the classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and agility. I’m not very supple but I still get a lot out of the classes. Julia is very good at giving us alternative moves so you can adapt an exercise depending on your level of fitness and flexibility. I find the various breathing exercises particularly helpful, and the relaxation at the end of the class is so rewarding. I feel a real sense of calm at the end of the sessions. I would recommend anyone to try Julias classes. Zoom is a really useful platform for the classes, it’s not difficult to tune in as Julia gives you the link when you sign up for a class.
