Fantastic place for children, and adults alike. Our two under 3 made the most out of the playground and animal interactions. Staff was very courteous when we saw them but keep in mind it is a self-guided experience so you need an eye on your kids when the space is not age-appropriate. For those with COVID fear the place has excellent hand washing facilities and signage about maintaining social distancing. It was the highlight of our holiday and we hope to return again soon.

Visited this park on Thursday as stayed at belhaven bay caravans. Prebooked online. The park has excellent things to do for kids. Go karts, trampolines, train ride, animal feeding etc. Lots to do. We were going to book up again soon but set against it, as the reason for that is not enough staff and families were jumping on train but all so close to each other. The guy with the dog didn't even have a mask on. The park got so busy around 2pm. The only place in park which was safe to go to was the pumpkin field as kids get to pick a pumpkin. Then we left which was disappointing, only managed few hours which cost £61 to book it aswell. I would say with everything at this park even to get animal feed, as its machines, take plenty hand gel and use a face mask especially if using the toilet facilities, as at one point too many ppl in toilets at one time. Disappointed that more could have easily been done with the covid going on!!

The place itself is great, so much for the kids to do. It’s just a shame about the rude/miserable looking staff. In particular the younger girl who was running the pumpkin picking this afternoon. The way she spoke to the kids was awful. Not even a smile from any other member of staff the full day either! I don’t understand why you’d choose to work in a fun, children’s environment if you clearly have no interest or patience with children! It’s actually bugged me all night thinking about it, hence writing the review.

We've visited numerous times over the years and the place has got steadily worse. They've handled corona virus really badly with no attempt to encourage social distancing and hundreds of kids jumping from ride to ride with no hand cleaning. Not enough staff to cope with the number of visitors from all over the place. Sure the owner is doing alright out of it but they don't care about the customers.
