Plenty to do and fill the day. It appears expensive to get in but the roller-coaster and water slide are free, there aren't additional costs once inside. Take a picnic and enjoy!

Growing up on the Isle of Wight (and still living here now) Blackgang Chine is one of those things you have to go too at least once every couple of years to see how much it's changed, and it's changed A LOT over the last 30 years! (You can find out about that in the history museum there). I took... More

Myself, niece and her ten year old son visited in the evening of the 25 October, we have been before. Firstly the price, £19.50 each for them and £17.50 for myself, just for an evening they explained that we can use the ticket again at Blackgang not Robin Hill as it used to be, they were going home the next... Management response:

We are so sorry to hear that your family visit this year was unsatisfactory and you were unable to stay for the end of the show. Unfortunately we did have a staff sickness that evening which meant we had to close the Pirate Barrels at 7pm, but we did still have the Roller Coaster and waterslide open until 8pm. During... More

I last visited Blackgang chine about 30 years ago and was a bit nervous as I remember it being quite tatty and run down. I needn't have worried. It was immaculate even at the end of the season. The prices were a bit steep but we knew this before going and visited a couple of times over a week so... More

A fun day out but quite pricey if you just have a one off visit. Tickets are valid for several days so if you stay on Isle of Wight for a while then worth making a few trips for the children to experience as much as possible! Dogs welcome so big positive!

Our first visit to the Isle of Wight with our son. We set out to spend 4/5 hours at this theme park but in all fairness you could end up spending all day there. Lots to do for the little ones and no ques (how good is that). They also have evening shows which go onto 9pm at night. Our... More

Visited here during October half term with young grandchildren. I would say its for the younger children but its good day out. There is a scenic railway, a maze big slides etc but I thin thefts part is the dinosaur area. Its so realistic and the dinosaurs move and roar, some are massive. it is really worth a visit just...
