Excellent service on both outward and return journeys on the fast craft Manannan. Punctual and efficient. Friendly and helpful staff both onboard and on shore. Passenger lounges comfortable, rather cool, but look rather tired and in need of refurbishment.

Today's crossing wasn't the smoothest but the staff were so helpful and reassuring. They helped me as well as many others and when things finally calmed down they came to see if things were getting better and we were alright. Thank you all so much.
