Great getaway between Bolton, Blackburn & Rossendale. A superb walk, with a visit to the Strawbury Duck at Entwistle and finishing up with a bite to eat in the Chetham in Chapeltown, made for a very pleasant afternoon on a blustery February day.

Walked round this area today which was breathtaking. Beautiful scenery and the water from the reservoir glistening in the sunshine. Stunning walks and definitely enjoyable for all ages. Great to see so many people out.

There were a couple of people with pushchairs on the day I went to Entwislte. There was one particular spot that was a bit narrow but they had got through ok.
