We got a very warm welcome when we arrived for the first time ever. We were given some tasters by a nuice young chap, who was very helpful and freindly. We made a few purchases also, and so am still enjoying our visit in a funny kind of way! Will be back again next time we visit the island.

We have been here a couple of times and both times we have bought wine. This time we bought a lot more wine than we did the first time because it is the most amazing wine we've ever had. I bought a bottle of "dry Wight" for a friend and she is a massive wine connoisseur and she thought it... More

We went there twice; first time was two years ago and again last month. Both times we received excellent service, wine tasting and we shall definitely return when we're in IOW again. Unfortunately both times we were too late for the tour, but the owner was kind enough to show us around quickly. We bought a few bottles of wine,... More

Stumbled across this vineyard one afternoon at half-term and it was a very pleasant surprise. We did a tour and then tasted some of the wine. We were so impressed with the roses and whites that we bought a box of 12. I'll definitely be back for some sparkling wine to celebrate Christmas with.

Our second visit to this vineyard, as we only bought two bottles last time which we regretted gifting to other people. Returned to top up our supply and we're pleasantly surprised to be offered a free taste of the wines on display. This allowed us to confirm which one we had last time and wanted to stock up on which... More

We drove, as weren't brave enough for the hill. This place seems to have its own little micro climate and was hot and sunny where everywhere else seemed to be suffering from a chilly breeze. The place is small and charming. We didn't have time to take the tour, but will next time. We bought a bottle of the day... More

My partner & I made the challenging walk up the hill to get to the vineyard & hence thoroughly deserved our glasses of wine when we got there! (Be warned, that walk is not for the faint hearted!) Adgestone appears to be a small but thriving family run operation. The cafe is quaintly decorated with the wines & home made... More

Very friendly people and we did the relaxed self tour which was very interesting and fun. After visiting the cellar finished with wine tasting with very well informed and cheerful young lady. Finished having a lovely glass of red looking over the vineyard in the sun. Very special relaxing place. Also bought some great wine & liqueurs for Christmas. Will... More
