A number of zigzagging routes up which afford lovely views of the town. Not a long hike and should be manageable for most.

Provides lovely views over Ilfracombe and, on a clear day, views of Wales and Lundy Island, really worth a walk up

The path is steep but worth it for the views. At the top there is very little seating but on a dry day the grass makes a good enough seat. There is a beautiful statue at the top, marking the tragic death of a young girl, which is very sobering. On a windy day it's bracing up top but so beautiful, very much recommended.

Lovely view point and although it is high, the walk up to it is easier than I expected. Worth going up early morning during clear skies and bright sun shining, wouldn't recommend for sunset/night time as some of the pathway was narrow and stumbly looking! Lovely statue also at the top, sadly it was a girl who died in Hillsborough, wonderful way to keep her memory alive.

Fairly steady climb, I've seen families with push chairs up there but it is a bit of a climb if you aren't fit. Good view when you do get up there though.
