Tenby taxis provide a very good, reliable service. We were staying in Tenby and needed to get to Saundersfoot for dinner, The taxi was on time and the driver was very friendly and informative about the area. We later called them for a return journey and again they came immediately. I can fully recommend them.

Should be very poor!
Given a quote over the phone for a return journey. For two families (5 people) Picked up both addresses no issues very pleasant driver no mention of ‘bank holiday weekend rates with no meter running’ paid cash on outbound journey out of courtesy. Collected us a little earlier than arranged, that was the only accommodating aspect of the whole experience. Meter running on return journey ‘as it was bank holiday rates’ on questioning the driver who not the one who dropped us off, who also wasn’t very helpful and explained he would be happy to leave two mums with their children without paying a return journey fee. Apparently the agreed fee over the phone was a single journey quote ( never heard that once during conversation) . Reluctantly paid the amount suggested via card otherwise two adults and three young children would have been left stranded. The driver then went passed the address (originally picked up from ) to be dropped off at and had to be re - directed by us. Reassured that we would have a phone call from his manager about the situation the following day and the opportunity to listen to the recording of the booking - no phone call! I wouldn’t normally place a review like this but the full amount charged was completely unreasonable, wouldn’t recommend and would never book this company again when in the area.

Every time we called we were told to call back after 4 due to school runs, even when I called at 2 in the afternoon.

Brilliant service! We used them 4 times during our few days in Tenby. They were very happy to drop us a short distance at the end of each day and accommodated our little dog. Can highly recommend them!

Most incredible taxi service in the world!! We got 3 taxis over out stay in Tenby and each time the service was above and beyond. When we became stranded at 10.30pm at night due to our accommodation falling through our driver called around and found us a very last minute room.
All staff were so friendly, kind and service was very prompt.

Booked a Taxi with this outfit via hotel reception, but they did not show up
After they were 20mins late, the hotel called them, and they assured us, they were very near and would be less than 2 minutes more. They never turned up, and my wife and I missed our meal reservation and lost our deposit. Never again

I visited Tenby for a week staying at Kiln Park and saw a billboard for Tenby taxis. Every time I called them I was able to book a taxi. The taxis were clean and on time and the drivers were not only polite but also chatty and friendly.
