A wonderful place to go for a mindful walk. Many interesting and unusual trees. The Estuary at the end of the woodland walk is a perfect spot for bird watching too. We will definitely be back. Thankyou

We decided to take my mother inlaw out to the gardens after looking it up on Google. The details said wheelchair friendly, so off we went. On arriving a very pleasant gentleman on the entrance told us after I asked that it was wheelchair friendly,...More

The £6 entry fee was far too much. The wooded area is actually really small but the map gives you the impression that you can walk for miles. The wooden bridges are all in very poor condition and they don’t look like any money has...More

Ours is the only productive walled garden attached to a house in West Wales and is used for its original purpose and for that reason it is of interest to many visitors who find it fascinating. Perhaps you are not gardeners and do not appreciate...More

Some lovely trees and woodland to walk through but other areas are still under development - not worth the £7 entry as there wasn't enough to see. We weren't even able to get into the small medieval church. Didn't take long to go round. Has...More

Good all around views and overlooks lifeboat station and old lifeboat house that was featured on Grand Designs. A lovely shortish accessible walk and well kept gardens.

If you are looking for a National Trust style, commercialised experience, then do not come here. The beauty of Upton Gardens lies in its simplicity and peaceful setting. It is 'work in progress' as the owners gradually improve and develop the gardens following years of...More

This is a nice garden with roses, a kitchen garden and a Chapel. Doesn't take long to look round even walking through the woodland. We were disappointed there was no cafe/refreshments of any kind and the loos were a bit grotty. Welcoming lady at the...More

With more effort it could be a worthwhile visit but not enough thought for visitors. Better options are Stackpole Walled Gardens, Colby Woodland Gardens and the National Botanic Gardens. These places offer a proper visitor experience. My advice to owners: abandon the poor value admission...More

One to avoid, a short walk through woodland takes you to a rose garden which dispite the amount of plants was very poor with no labels and lots of repeat planting, our total visit lasted less than half an hour. The £6.50 charge was a...More

Hi, There isn't a cafe at the moment the website is correct. The review you mention has got the wrong Castle! Hope this helps to clarify.

£5. Go to little Milford woods near Freystrop free and a lot better. No waste your money here.
