Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The flower show in Southport 2022 is a real travesty to its aim.
After spending 2 hours yesterday It has been so heavily commercialised by traders selling anything and everything with many stalls not connected to gardening.
Come on the committee
Get back to Grass Routes.
I have been a regular visitor for over 20 years, but after this I think next year will be avoided.
Very,very disappointed

If ever you visit the flower show in August, spend a little time walking the length of Rotten Row.
The imagination of these gardens do them a great credit.
Stop and chat to the growers, they are only to happy to share their knowledge and experiences.
Best still,it's FREE!
Seriously,come and experience the spectacle.

Walk, jog, cycle or drive ...Rotten Row is well worth a view. The care and attention given to the selection and planting is 5 star.
Drive slowly and enjoy.

After being abandoned by Sefton council a project was established to bring back Rotten Row to its former glory. Seven years on the plants in the border along Rotten Row are thriving. All the work is done by volunteers. The borders run for about half a mile so tending them is a bit like painting the forth bridge - as soon as you get to the end then it's time to start at the beginning again. Well worth a stroll - combine it with a trip to the Fishermans Arms on Weld Road.

Walking or driving slowly down this row you will appreciate such beauty. A very well organised planting scheme ...brings me such joy.

For a number of years the volunteers of Rotton Row have worked very hard to produce an array of flowers and plants providing a splendid vista for visitors and locals alike. Their efforts compliment the annual flower show in Victoria Park. Well done to them

What a beautiful bit of Southport that many may not know to find or see. Beautiful homes and flowers. Quaint and picturesque. A great part of town, a must see!

We always come to the Southport flower show and stay on the caravan club site. There is a pedestrian exit from the site onto rotten row. We spend our time walking up and down the long rotten row border which is an absolute treat. Obviously many hours are spent on this border and it shows. I believe it is maintained by volunteers which is good as the council would never achieve something as beautiful as this border. Well done volunteers.

This is one of the many pleasant walks available in Southport. Popular with families and dog walkers , and we were advised very colourful with nice displays of flowers in the Summer months. It was still a nice walk on a cold but sunny February morning.
