great value

took the grand kids and they loved it --not many big rides but that didn't seem to bother them---this is so much better than the over busy Blackpool pleasure beach.

It looks like it's had its day tbh. Hard to find any positives to say, I love Southport's old fashioned feel and is part of the town's attraction but this fair is just run down

Hi, so sorry to hear you were disappointed. The park is currently closed (from 6th November until March) as we go through our usual winter maintenance. We're very traditional, family friendly and full of heaps of rides, stalls, lovely grounds etc. Each year we add a little more so we do hope you'll come back in 2017 to check us... More

We have been to Southport many many times but have never paid a visit to Pleasureland until this year. The trip was a treat for my sons 4th birthday. We were so lucky that we had such amazing weather when we got there. We found it to be amazingly clean considering how busy it was and lots of space to... More

Used to come here as a kid so decided to take the kids. The fairground now works on a pre paid card that you have to load with money. They then swipe the card, the credit comes off and you go on your chosen ride. We took 6 kids with us who wanted to go on the waltzers only. It... More

Nice firework display and bonfire. Although no one clearly checked which way the wind was going to be blowing as hay bails near by kept setting on fire (made the night more amusing). Very busy and the fireworks were nice. Not bad for a free event

This is a great funfair for smaller children. My grandchildren are 4yrs and 6yrs. There were plenty of rides for them to go on. Not just huge rides for teenagers. It was halloween and the park was decorated really well. I've never seen so many pumpkins in one place. Many of staff dressed up and there was free puppet shows... More

Went we 2 11yr old & 70yr old. Park was easy enough form paps to walk around & kids didn't feel tied. They bought electronic passes which scan at ride costing tokens, they felt in control of what they wanted to do without extra worry about money. Food was good seaside food at the usual cost 5:50 fish n chips... More

The worst value funfair I've ever been to in the world. Dismal value in every respect. The rides are poor with a very short duration. Avoid at all costs!!!

This was the most scary and amazing night ever. Far better than anywhere else I have ever been. The park looked beautiful with all the lights and pumpkins and the staff and actors really played the parts brilliantly! The cost was very good as you had options so if you didn't want to go on the rides you could just... More
