A rating of 5 is not enough!! I have just experienced the best massage within the Shine Bright package I have ever had. Both the face and full body massage were superb- I never normally relax and zone out but whatever Lou did today let me float away without a care in the world - cannot thank her enough. Such a lovely young lady too - so polite and friendly.

I have been coming to Lavender House for a number of years now and it feels like a second home - all the staff are so lovely and the treatments are fantastic. Whether it’s waxing, manicures, pedicures, eyebrows, facials or massages, everything is always a delight. As a large lady it’s rare to feel so comfortable in a beauty and spa setting but it is such an inclusive place, which means a lot. It’s great to have an easy to use app for booking too.

I have just returned home after a very relaxing visit to Lavender House. Everything was perfect. Ellie was very professional and friendly, she instantly made me feel relaxed. The treatments have left me feeling fresh and revitalised. I can’t recommend them enough. I look forward to my next visit. Thank you!
