It's a small museum of 3-4 rooms. Walking around listening to the video commentary made for an interesting half an hour (although my wife wasn't so convinced!). Old and quirky, the museum gives you a potted history of the development of the lawnmower. If you...More

It's a little cramped, but there's loads of interesting mowers and mower paraphernalia. Doesn't take very long to look around.

Wow , we went here for a laugh and really enjoyed it. Nice to see the lawnmowers that belonged to the celebrities. Just need to check their spelling of Eric Morecambe (Not MORCOMBE ) and that he lived in Hest Bank not Heth Bank.

The British lawnmower museum is small but packed with the very first models to the most advanced prototypes. It has special mowers from famous people like Brian May and prince Charles, my favourite mower was donated by Paul O'Grady! Well worth a visit!

Great for an hours visit, great audio track gives you the history of our humble mower that we take for granted. Lots to see nothing to touch but fun all the same

Probably not for everyone but the audio tells a good story and the whole history of mowing is on display.
