Wow is all I need to say but I’ll say more . The tour was fantastic and our guide was as so knowledgeable. We toured the factory and found out it use to be an old cotton mill. We even got to taste some of their amazing whisky. We even purchased 3 of the ones we tasted . Hubby loved it so much he ordered some online to ship back to America. If you are in the area or close by please visit this place you will not be disappointed.

We went for the gin tasting experience. We got to try 7 different gins plus a gin cocktail. Our host, Courtney was very knowledgeable giving us the history of gin and the story behind all the gins made here.

Well, we like gin and we like supporting small initiatives, so we very much enjoyed our tasting at Stirling, and recommend it. We went on the bus so we could both enjoy the tasting, and that was def a good idea! 7 gins were offered, all quite distinctive and all very nice. If anything, more could have been made of the behind the scenes tour - there’s inevitably not much to see other than the small still. Perhaps some samples of the botanicals to sniff? I would have been intrigued to experience the nettles they use - who knows how dried nettles smell?! Anyway, it was fun and cheerful and I loved the gins - we bought a couple of bottles and appreciated the discount offered to participants.

A brilliant host Courtney, captured the imagination with a history of Gin and how the Stirling Distillery was founded and operates. A great tour and tasting of the different Gin's created by the company. I recommend this tour to anyone interested in a fantastic couple of hours sampling gin and being led through the creation of the distillery in Stirling. Really pleasant team of people who where more than happy to explain everything in the shop, even if just browsing and especially to Courtney for the excellent way she sold "gin" to the audience. Really enjoyed it all. Thanks again.

Stopped in here after a castle visit (which was great btw), for a quick tasting. Didn’t have a reservation but they were able to accommodate us. Ben assisted us with a Gin and Scotch tasting and was very knowledgeable about Scotch. Excellent experience! Highly recommend!

Visited the distillery for a gin tasting session as a birthday gift from my husband. The talk was led by the very interesting, informative and amusing Danielle. They are not shy with the measures and a side of fevertree tonic. Bought a couple of bottles to take home.

Great, informative visit. Rachel our guide told us all the background of gin, and how Stirling gin came about. The tasting was great, many different gins and Rachel described them perfectly. Brilliant experience, would recommend.

We were there for a family birthday party and had a great night. The venue is excellent for party’s with all ages having a good time. The gin as you might expect is also very good and if that isn’t your choice of drink there is a good selection of other beverages. I have to mention the excellent staff and thank them for their help in trying to get us a taxi on a busy Saturday night. When we couldn’t get a taxi one of the staff went out her way to give us a run to our hotel. We can’t thank her enough but unfortunately did get her name.

We had a wonderful time at the Stirling Distillery. What a lovely assortment of gin and gin liquors. We appreciated the nod to Blue line and PTSD. Melody was informative, funny and kind. So glad she was in on her day off and we got to have our tour with her! Highly recommend anyone to stop in here for a nip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tasting and tour of the microdistillery, all led by the knowledgeable and whisky-passionate Ben! The bottlings the Distillery currently offers are all nicely different and are accompanied by excellent tasting notes. As the only legal distillery in the city, it's a no-brainer if you're spending time in Stirling and love a dram or two!
