Just stepped off the boat, the Ebony May, following a sunset tour around Caldey and St Margaret's Islands, also taking in a view of Tenby. An exhilarating trip, very informative about the history of the area. The party with us had a wheelchair user amongst them, which the boat easily accommodated. Stunning views, an insight into the local wildlife, and highly recommended.

We’ve been out with Stuart on a few trips now. Kids and adults and we always have a great time and generally an awesome mackerel BBQ just after. Very highly recommended!

I have used the ebony may charter boat a few times since buying a static caravan at Wisemans bridge . They offer a brilliant friendly and professional service with safety being paramount. Stuart the skipper is a lovely fella with a vast knowledge of the sea and the species within it . I would highly recommend using the ebony may charter boat for all your fishing trip experiences whether your a novice or a more experienced fisherman , they also operate a sea safari rib if fishing isn’t for you and you just want to spot the wildlife.

We had a great trip and caught many mackerel. The crew went above and beyond to cater for us as we had our dog with us too. Great boat with a toilet. All the equipment was well looked after and the skipper was extremely knowledgeable. We will definitely be returning for a longer fishing trip as we felt we were in such good hands. Thank you 😊

Our family with two teenagers had a fabulous time on a four hour fishing trip on board the Ebony May. The Skipper was obviously experienced and knew exactly where to drop anchor and show us novices what to do.
This was a good taster for us as our kids hadn’t fished before. They thoroughly enjoyed it so next time when we are in the area we will go for a longer trip on the Ebony May.
Between 12 of us on the boat, we caught plenty of mackerel, dogfish, some I don’t even know what they are called but the catch of the day was a good sized Tope that gave a good fight before being returned to the water.
Highly recommended. Top tip, time goes so fast when you’re having fun so I’d go straight in for the 8 hour trip.
There was too much excitement to take a photo of the Tope but I do have some for you to see.

This was the Highlight of our week. The crew were so helpful and friendly. My son will absolutely remember this experience forever. We caught so much and enjoyed the ride and it was the fastest 2 hours ever. Highly recommend this experience.

Booked this boat trip as something to do as a family with our 2 boys aged 12 and 8 and what a fabulous time we had. Stuart the skipper was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He had a smile on his face for the whole 2 hours. The boat ride over to Tenby was great seeing all the beautiful sights. We then caught around 50 fish between the 4 of us. Stuart was very patient teaching us how to use the rods and he even had our eldest taking out the hooks which he loved. He knew everyone’s name by the end of the trip and was just a genuine nice guy who obviously loves what he does. We struggle to find things to do that we all enjoy but this will definitely be an annual trip now. Thank you Stuart.

Wonderful mackerel fishing trip AGAIN. We book ebony may every year it was great as always. Stuart is lovely the boat is fast and fun on the way out plus we caught over 50 fish between my wife and I. We will be back again next year

We had the pleasure of a Mackerel fishing trip on the Ebony May yesterday. Skipper was friendly, informative, funny and attentive to all on the trip. We caught so many fish, even caught a shark. Money well spent, absolutely fantastic, thank you for a great trip.
