What a great team, was on holiday with the family and had my 83yo mum with us. She is not as mobile as she once was and now uses a stroller to walk. Spoke with the team about the practicality of getting mum on and off the boat and if the trip would be suitable. The team reasured me everything should be fine, that disabled access was available and that they had taken an older lady out recently who loved the trip.
We signed up and to be fair to everyone, they did not disapoint, there were multiple gents on hand to assist helping mum get on and off the boat. They were all very respectful and very kind.
The trip was a good bit of fun too, seeing the sights of Tenby from a different perspective, being informed of some of the local history as well as spotting some of the local wildlife before opening up the throttle and heading back to Saundersfoot.
Great staff, good fun and reasonably priced, well recomended, just sit at the front of the boat if you don't fancy getting wet 😉

This was a excellent trip to see the wildlife around the bay, Martin our captain was very informative about all the history and landscape during the tour. The wildlife was on good show from a variety of sea birds and Seals.
On the way back to Sundersfoot Martin open up the engines on the rib which was a thrilling ride which was enjoyed by all on the boat.

It was our first time on this trip and I have to say it was the best I have ever been on. We were greeted by a friendly face (Yvonne) where nothing was too much trouble. We managed to see loads of seals and our skipper Martin was top class and answered every question we threw at him. I can't wait to go again next year with the kids.
Thank you Yvonne and Martin. X

Such a great experience! Martin and Dave were fantastic guides, not forgetting Chris who makes the logistics of getting from the shore to the boat happen. You get so much in an hour and a half, beautiful pastel coloured Tenby, seals aplenty and the staggeringly impressive architectural rock formations of Caldey and St Margaret’s Islands. Martin and Dave gave us a great mix of history, natural history and local myth and legend. Brilliant - highly recommended. A wonderful experience of skimming across the water and stopping for quiet observation looking back at the land. Thank you to all of you.

Firtsl6 thanks for a great trip!!…
We had a great day today, we spent just short of two hrs cruising the coastline with a fabulous guide with so much local knowledge to make it one of the best wild
I’ve tour I’ve been on.
We took the dog with us and to his credit was cool and calm but make sure you have a secure lead just in case!,
The boat was fully kitted with all the appropriate gear and we had a briefing from the skipper before we left.
Don,t forget to dress for the weather and check the forecast or you’ll lget wet.
Value for money top notch, experience, top notch, great crew

I'm a local and had never been on a boat from Saundersfoot going behind Caldey Island. On a sunny day off I decided to change this. One of the best boat trips I've ever been on, beating those abroad hands down. The scenery was breathtaking. So lovely to see Tenby from a different perspective. Behind Caldey Island was like a scene from Jurrasic Park with all the dramatic cliff formations. Martin, the very friendly skipper, knew all the right places to find the seals and wildlife in their natural habitat. He spoke about the history of Caldey Island, from pirates to the monks, all entertaining and informative. On the way back we stopped by St Catherine's Island and Tenby's Harbour to learn more about the local history of this beautiful part of Pembrokeshire. I 100% recommend this trip. It's catered for the young to the old! There was even a dog on board with one fellow tripper. Wether you're a local or holiday maker this is a must.

The young man in the kiosk was very helpful explaining the trip and booking conditions .
At the meeting Time he lead us to the embarkation spot on the harbour side snd we were greeted by our friendly skipper and assistant . Safety was observed with hand sanitiser provided and an excellent commentary of the scenery and history commenced .
The boat, Ebony May , is extremely comfortable and we had numerous stops at Tenby , Caldey Island , St Margaret’s and wildlife areas.
Sea birds a plenty , seals and fabulous stories recounted by our very informative skipper.
All in All a trip to savour and remember
Thank you!

12 of us enjoyed a fantastic sea safari lasting 90 minutes on the Ebony May fishing boat with stunning views of the coast to the west of Saundersfoot including Tenby, Caldey island and even some seals. Stuart and Gareth looked after us really well on the boat and had tons of local knowledge. Yvonne and Eleri in the office bent over backwards to help us and were so patient in meeting the needs of our group. As a local Stroke Group, most of our members have disabilities of one kind or another, so it was wonderful to be able to use the accessible Ebony May with a wheel chair, plus a number of different mobility disabilities, by boarding from the ramped pontoon with the tide at the correct height to get the wheelchair on board. Our members didn't think they would be able to get out to sea on a boat, so thankyou all for making this possible. Highly recommended. Amanda

Booked a trip initially for the Tues but were contacted that morning to say it was postponed to Thurs. Not a problem.
We sent a message on the Thursday morning to make sure it was still going ahead, to be told it was and to arrive at the meeting point at 12.45.
Arrived at the booking hut at 12.40 to be told that the trip was cancelled due to the Easterly wind. The wind had been forecast for at least the two previous days (10-12 gusting 15). It was no worse than forecast. It was disappointing that the decision to cancel was not made until everyone had arrived at the harbour. This was the last day of our holidays and the late notice meant we had no time to do anything else as we had an early dinner booked that day. Very disappointing.

Hi Millie,
Very sad to see your review. I have spoken to both the skipper and booking clerk who informed me that as the day progressed yesterday, the weather instead of improving as forecast in fact deteriorated. There were whitecaps on the sea and a surf on the beach. Our company policy is that the health and safety of our passengers is paramount, and as a result of the last minute change in sea conditions we had no alternative but to cancel the trip. Our actions were also followed by other trip operators in Tenby. I can fully understand your disappointment in relation to the last minute cancelation, however unfortunately the weather conditions were out of our hands.
Kind Regards,
Stuart
