Absolutely excellent service, me and 3 others had gone to Dalby Forest to originally go to Go Ape but that got cancelled due to there being lightning strikes in the area so we thought we’d hire bikes and go on an adventure, well it was fantastic, the lads in the cycle hub were really friendly and helpful and got us out on 4 electric mountain bikes as soon as we’d filled the paperwork in and we can all genuinely say we think we had more fun doing that than what we would of if we went to Go Ape like planned, will definitely be coming back in the near future to do the rest of the red route.

Had another great time in Dalby Forest, I hired yet again the Sport-on from the cycle hub and decided on a more adventurous long ride 20 miles while exploring different parts of the forest. I had an amazing time, the weather was beautiful and the forest was packed. As usual, the staff were excellent, the hub hire is great value for money and extremely inclusive. Totally recommend 👌

Had another fantastic few ours in the Forest while hiring the Sport-on handcycle from the cycle hub. I had a spill this time but much fun was had and no damage to either me of the handcycle. You have to pay for the parking in the Forest which is not a bad thing as that goes to the upkeep ensuring everyone can enjoy a wonderful place. As usual the staff were exceptional, the cycle hub is fully inclusive and supportive. I bought a great FOX helmet this visit, its great the cycle hub sells accessories as well as bikes.

Had a fantastic time with Nathan, he went on the recumbent cycle I went on the Sport-on Handcycle as I'm a wheelchair user. Both bikes are power assisted which is great as enables you to get us some tricky hills. The staff are amazing also, great help and supportive. It was thrilled to learn the hub has adapted bikes, makes the place very inclusive and a lot of areas accessible for disabled riders. I totally recommend this place and you will love the experience. #inclusive #adaptedbikes #professional #support #accessible #able #candoattitude

Excellent hire service, the website was easy to use. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the electric full suspension mountain bikes were spot on. The tracks round Dalby are great for all abilities. Highly recommend this activity if you visit Dalby Forest.

We haven't been cycling in years and thought we'd give the electric bikes a go. We are in our mid 50's.

The weather was wet, so we opted for the green trail, supposed to be easy, but the first mega climb in front of the Ape adventure nearly finished us off and then the signage was hard to spot, shame they dont provide a map, especially at that price (in fact my husband came off his bike, when turning round, and we subsequently found out he has chipped a bone in his thumb). When we got to the top it was enjoyable, although very steep again, but the heavens opened and we headed to the cafe for a cuppa and cake (just like a proper cyclist). We tried to carry on for a bit but just on the roads and got soaked so headed back after 90 minutes.

It was pretty obvious we weren't experienced cyclists and when we said the signage wasn't great they weren't interested at all.

Shame we didnt get a part refund either, especially after finding out my husband has hurt himself and has subsequently had hospital treatment.

Would not recommend unless experienced cyclist.

We hired two electric bikes for 3 hours and they were in good condition and made light work of the steep hills. The batteries held their charge well and had plenty of charge left by the end even after using turbo mode a lot.

The lad who showed us how they worked gave us some good tips on exploring the trails and showed us the best routes to use on the map.

Tip: We brought our own gel seat covers which made the ride more comfortable (I'll never understand why serious cyclists seem to like a rock hard saddle).

Turned up intending to ride my hardtail round the red route, then decided I’d like to try an emtb. So popped in to the shop where they were obviously very busy and asked if they could accommodate me. Turned out they could, Reuben explained how to use the bike thoroughly a d I had an awesomely enjoyable time around the red route, zooming up climbs in a manner I never have before!

Good service l, great fun.

Absolutely excellent service from the cycle hub.
We hired electric bikes on 2 days and they kindly threw in the trail map for free.
If you hire for 3 hrs, you can pick when you want to take the bikes out so we moved our booking to earlier on the second day due to the weather forecast. The party got a bit lost on the way back and were late dropping off, but the staff were understanding.

The electric bikes are expensive to hire but our party said they were a game changer for a day out and as they are so expensive to buy, I guess the rental price is fair enough for a good quality bicycle.

Arrived at Daley Forest with a plan to go on a wheelchair accessible walk. Unfortunately our chair frame broke before we started. Called in at the bike shop on the off chance they could do something. The guys were amazing. They managed to cut down a price of old bike frame and make a repair. They refused to take any cash even though they spent a considerable time helping us. They were very friendly and relaxed while solving the problem. Great job. Many thanks bike team
