Attended on the 22/12/16 , paid £5.95 per child to get in, Iv attended in the past but now the place looks so grotty and dirty. Well out of date needs a complete referb. Your better off popping into seaton giving your kids the money to go on the rides or go to the local cinema. Sorry but won't be... More

This place has been open for ten years apparently, the play equipment seemed fine and the kids enjoyed playing but it's cold and dimly lit for spectating parents making it an unpleasant visit for us, even if the kids had fun (7,5&3). Food was okay, latte was okay but didn't feel like a sneeky treat. The menu was out of... More

I booked my daughters 3rd birthday here. Cost a total of £66. Staff didn't have have a clue, they never interacted with the kids, and they couldn't get us out the place quick enough! They seated my party over the other side of the place, nothing laid out, it was boring, and all the parents needed to get up constantly, so... More

Place looks like it must of been great when new, however needs a bit of renovation work, some of the play areas are tatty, carpet is badly worn in some parts and seating for parents is basic plastic chairs and not the most comfortable. Food is pretty basic and a lot of it is greasy. With a bit of tlc... More

We are at the party right now and still seething!! I rang this morning to enquire about last minute tickets. Booked for 4 kids with 3 adults. £8.95 per child with an adult each free or £2 per extra adult after that. Arrived to a notice the card machine is broken (same sign as the beginning of the month) I... More

It's a few years since I was last here, but believe me I won't be going back in a hurry. The floor adjacent to the cafe area where the tables are is filthy, when you step on it your shoes stick. The carpet looks like it should be ripped up and binned. If the carpet and Lino area is like... More

What a terrible place. Equipment and floors are dirty and held together with duct tape. Chav parents letting Chav kids run riot pushing smaller children head first down slides staff claimed it has nothing to do with them and parents need to sort it out amongst themselves. kids meal of a few frozen chips and a fish finger was over... My first visit to this establishment. Poor lighting (one light flickering all of the time) made using the seating area uncomfortable. Only 6 soft seats. baby change room poor, no proper nappy bun, hand towels at a distance from the sink, extractor fan so noisy it woke the baby. Sponge steps cracked and worn. No staff seen to be watching... More

We came today we 5 young children! Youngest was 11 months, it was smelly, unhygienic and dirty. Food all over the tables and floor! Carpets covered in Stains and food. My youngest has a severe food allergy and due to food scattered all over her feet didn't even touch the floor! The place smelt of urine. This place should not... More

Went here a few days ago to take my boyfriends sister and her friend since i won two free passes for here. As a child i loved this place it was huge, packed with people, boucey castles and plenty of things to do and run around. I was disappointed to see that it has changed so much! The area was... More
