A gem of a castle in an area where castles are quite common. The history positively leaps out at you challenging visitors to seek further information. It certainly meirts a vist if you are in the Gordon area of Aberdeenshire.

Situated at the end of a single track road, there is plenty of car parking available. The building was designed as more of a fortified residence than a castle and was never attacked.
Several buildings to wander around in and plenty of space for a picnic.
