Crawfordsburn Country Park to me is such a wonderful place. You can walk for miles along the coast. It's a park that is well maintained without sacrificing the beauty of it's ruggedness. The sea views across the Lough to Carrickfergus and back towards Bangor are just beautiful and so calming. If you are a photographer it's a great place to... More

We just got back from warmer climes and took a walk along the coastal path to here on Sunday with friends. Stopped in the cafe for a snack. It is great. I'm old enough to remember that the luxury apartments were once a hospital, where my grandmother died more than half a century ago. It is a really lovely facility... More

Myself and my husband regularly walk our seven month old puppy here. It truly is a jewel in the crown of Northern Ireland's countryside; beaches, woodland, gorgeous walks, wonderful wildlife and crisp seas stretch for miles and make for some gorgeous views with excellent opportunities for photography. There is adequate, free, parking and also a cafe and visitor centre complex... More

Long time since i have been here, but was not disappointed and will definitely be back, different routes to take such as the costal path, meadow walk and glen walk to the waterfall, we choose the costal one this time, beautiful and an easy walk for kids and the elderly. Lovely cafe on site with everything from dinner to coffee... More

Excellent car parking and cafe. Why no walk along the coastal path from Bangor. Good beach access and good walks around the park. Dog friendly

Lovely park with great walks and a lovely beach and if you wish , you can walk all the way to Bangor or Hollywood along the coastal path. Beware of the toilet block on the bottom car park. It reminded me of the toilet in the film "Trainspotting ". YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
