Pleasant enough Wetherspoons. I had the mixed grill and this arrived quickly and was tasty. Nice and clean sauce bottles - unusual for Wetherspoons!

Beautiful building, superb location, fantastic atmosphere, lovely customer services and great value for money!!! Adorable views of the old railway bridge archers from the beer garden!!! A must go for a pint if visiting Buxton!!!

Visited between Christmas and New year, excellent pub, could selection of drinks, good food, Friendly staff. The pub was very nicely decorated for Christmas. Sure its even better during summer months.

My wife and I paid a visit here whilst in the area. We received prompt and friendly service at the bar and found the place lively but not uncomfortable. There is seating outside which could be well utilised in better weather.

Really like it here. Nice large place with massive place to sit outside on both sides of the pub. Food looks, smells and tastes good. You can tell people like this place and enjoy coming here. Good for a day out and a drink.

very nice place and friendly staff,good range of ales and food very good as normal for wetherspoons, a large outside seating area close to park and children's play area.
