This was our 2nd visit to this location. it is a beautiful location. That said, there is hardly any sand. So come to watch the surfers, come to enjoy waves, but don't come expecting to play or lay in the sand.
My 14 year old and I took surf lessons.
Everything was super easy. We checked in and got our gear right on the beach.
Our instructor, Sylvie, was incredibly kind and patient. She explained everything clearly and we got the mechanicals quickly.

Lawrencetown Beach is a generally a busy place to take some time out at the beach, for visitors and locals alike. The beach is not the warmest water all the time, but it is right on the Atlantic Ocean. There are change rooms and parking.
