Quick flying visit whilst staying in Wales on holiday. It is easy to find and not far off the A5 crossing. Not a lot to see, worth a stop for a photo and it's free to park! There are a few shops nearby if you...More

Quaint station, perfect photo opportunity, though watch that you don't flag a train down by accident as apparently they stop for raised out arms!

Without the name, nobody would come here. It is a small, if picturesque railway with a large and slightly tacky gift shop and cafe near by. The car park was chock full when we visited, but at least it is free.

Something we always wanted to do, worth a picture, nothing much to do there except the shopping area in the car park (plus car parking free too). There is a cafe and toilets inside the shopping area so a good place to stop off. The...More

Actauuly we went to see the new shopping emporium. Well new to us. We'd seen the station years ago. We were rather underwhelmed with both! Apart from the famous signage.

We stayed 2 nights in a local hotel as we spent the next day walking up Snowdonia. Absolutely stunning countryside some nice little cafes dotted around. Took home some stunning photographs. Great locality for walkers/hikers

What a name! Must be one of the most photographed railway stations ever. Massive car park and Pringles shopping outlet next door. You cannot go to Anglesey and not take a photo here.

I just had to go to this railway station so I could get my wife to take the photograph of me under the sign. It's famous for being the longest name in Britian of course!
