I LOVE Paddock Square and can hardly wait for all the areas there to be filled. I think what is there so far is a great start. Just like the other two town squares, Brownwood has great FREE live entertainment EVERY night. But I prefer...More

Of the three downtown centers in The Villages this one, the newest, comes in last in my opinion. It is WAY at the South end of the community while Spanish Springs and Sumpter Landing are just a few miles apart making it much more convenient...More

Good shopping but you can tell that the town square is not complete as there are vacant areas of land. This is the newest town center in the villages. Good restaurants.

We've visited the town squares in Spanish Springs and Sumter Landing and were impressed, but Brownwood Paddock took the cake. Not only do they have a wonderful dance floor, but they have a very nice grandstand with easy to climb stairs! Nightly entertainment and lots...More

We come here at least once a year. The Saturday market is the best. We always get some fruit, and the boys find something not so healthy also. We also enjoy the many varieties of fresh bread, and this year we chowed on cannoli. Usually...More

Square is coming along nicely. Best time to be there is in the evening to enjoy the entertainment. Wish they could get the shops filled up.

The Grandstand seating makes this town square our favorite. All three town squares have the same groups performing at different times of the month. Parking seems to be easier to find than in the other squares and it's not been as crowded

Fun square. Not as crowded and hard to get to as some of the other squares in the villages. Ample parking. Could use some more restaurants, especially something fast casual. Clean public restrooms. Good area for dancing or sitting and watching everyone else dance!

This is the newer "square" in The Villages at the southern part. It is now building up sufficiently with restaurants and businesses.

I visited Brownwood on a Saturday in order to attend the farmer's market along with the surrounding shops. It's a wonderful market, even though it isn't in full swing for the winter yet. Wonderful fresh produce, baked goods and so much more! Be sure and...More

Like all the other squares live music from great bands every night between 5 and 9 pm. This particular square has stadium seating under roof and with huge fans that make a hot Florida night bearable. Love the fact that all the squares are different...More

Please check with the stores and vendors, I would think they would be closed for that one day at least.
