The nuclear bunker was created by Tito in total secrecy during his reign - even the townspeople from Konjic knew nothing of it until the 90s. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Bosnia, its a surreal experience as the whole place is...More

Very nice visit to the bunker. Its a unique museum. Although the tour was rushed it gives quite an impression. Very interesting! All the tour operators in town present themselves as the one and only official operator. If you have a car or a bike...More

You can visit Titos Bunker only with an excellent guided tour, which takes approx. 1,5 Hours. No matter, how the outside temperatures are, due to the air condition it is 21 Degree inside. The bunker was build over 23 years from 1953 until 1979 in...More

Very interesting museum of very interesting part of the history. We did not like the fact that in same parts art installations changed the original look. Highly recommended.

Being so widely promoted as one of the biggest tourist attractions in this region of Bosnia and Herzegovina, in reality the bunker is really not that impressive. Turned into semi-artistic object, there is not that much you can find there that will tell you about...More

It is better to contact the Konjic touristic Agency by phone to schedule the visit to the shelter. One cannot visit alone, visits are organised and must be announced in advance to the shelter. It is worth, for sure.
