About
We are a seasonal 9 hole approach course situated 200 yards from the exe estuary & 1 mile away from Dawlish warren. Our longest hole is 220 yards with our shortest hole measuring 90 yards, the course is good fun and a test of your skills whether you are an experienced golfer or just getting into the game! We also offer hot food along with refreshments including draught beer from just £4 a pint,

Well where do i start the course is in excellent condition credit to Richard & his team they really do keep it in excellent condition.
The greens was rolling lovely & true unlike other course in & around the area.
They even do amazing deals & sell a lovely after golf beverage at resonable prices.
Well worth a visit keep up the good work everyone

Brilliant little course and much improved in the last year or so. The greens are good and every hole is challenging. It is also extremely competitively prices. Fun for all the family. Can’t speak too highly about it.

The friendliest course in south Devon. A great introduction for those who want to get into golf but may find formal club courses a little daunting at first. Or for those that have played or been a member of club courses but prefer a more relaxed experience. Even if on your own you will usually find someone to team up with for a round. Go on give it ago what have you got to loose only £7.00 and a few balls it’s not to be underestimated it’s not a pitch and putt.

Brilliant people that run the golf course we go nearly every Sunday we travel from torquay but we'll worth the drive thay keep the course immaculate look after everyone it's a fair but challenging well worth a visit you will get hooked thanks to all the staff

Great course, perfect for teens just starting out with golf. Nice reasonably priced pint for the adults afterwards.

Had a great time at Starcross golf been past so many times and thought it was time I popped in and I'm glad I did I was met with a warm welcome from the staff and was able to get playing straight away. I was low on balls and was able to buy some decent ones from the reception for cheap so that was an added bonus, really enjoyed the course itself being a nine hole only took me a couple of hours but found it enough for me and was only £7 there's a 200+ yard hole too so it's not all short holes. Highly recommend it and I'm looking forward to coming back with some friends soon!

Had a fun time at Starcross golf, lovely people down there and not very expensive. I played 9 holes for £7 which is very good considering what you can pay at some bigger places. The course itself has some difficult holes and I lost a few balls but did find some too! very relaxed feel about the place and had a lovely burger after my round from Ruby's food van. I'll be coming back again.

What a great little golf course. Some parts are very challenging for me being a novice but we all like a challenging hole. Well looked after course and greens and very friendly owners cant do enough for you to enjoy your round from hiring out clubs and you buy balls handy for the lake hole( for me). Great touch to order your food on the 8th and having it ready for when you finish is fantastic and the bar is great after a good round(again dont happen very often for me). They have practice net so you can get the muscles moving before you start and a putting green to practice on (again don't do me any good) but might help you.

Had a lovely time with the family, received a warm welcome from the staff and wasn't too expensive either, we didn't need to book or wear any special shoes which was a bonus as I don't own any. The views here are spectacular and there's even trains that run past in the distance. We managed to get round in about an hour and a half and finished off with a slice of cake...lovely! Definitely worth a visit ☺️

Starcross is a fantastic course for any level of golf.
Great for beginners or more advanced players looking to sharpen up their skills.
A very friendly family run course, offering hot food, alcohol and inexpensive golf in a relaxed atmosphere.
Seaside and beaches right on the doorstep to boot👍🏌️♂️
